They have many patents and know how and are very proud of these. But if you can't turn patents into large volume manufacturing but keep talking about how clever they are at what they do, then that is why the share price has been rubbish for last 15 years.

IQE has the product that the market wants, but they don't understand how to sell themselves competitively. Having worked there in past, they have a very weak management tead with director titles flying around like sweets, without them understanding how to sell. The team needs totally changing in my opinion than have tired members that have only ever worked in IQE and don't understand manufacturing and selling. They keep doing the same thing each year as they have only know this to do. IQE is about looking after management team than looking after shareholders. Any other business the management team would have been sacked and replaced by competent people as each year they guarantee to disappoint shareholders.

Having worked in past at IQE, the problem is and always will be a weak management team of individuals that have only worked there all their careers and have no vision or understanding of how to make business progress in today's environment.

Cashing out on profit is all everyone wants, but I do wonder if this, in coming months will start hitting 90-100p and then off course the temptation to sell on small increases has to be avoided. I think this stock finally has some potential.
