Oh no! We are 2% down! SELL SELL SELL!
Looooool
Steve
Do you still hold shares?
If not, why oh why for the love of God do you care so much?
Do you really have nothing better to do with your time?
Im HODLing!
My point was that someone happy to buy my shares, if it was a real dump, there would be no buyers!
Could this be the Big Tree Shake?
Almost 15% down but happy to take my 12,500 shares in one go!
Or the Market Manipulators are just going to release delayed trades like they have been for the last few days?
You mean, how to Manipulate a share.
Over £20k delayed buy but no change in SP. MM games!
Wow. How lucky are we that people who no longer hold shares are still taking time on a weekend to tell us that our money is at risk?
Any talk of this $1m investment being a scam is very worrying as it seems that our well wishers now believe RS and the company are willing to commit fraud!
Summary of Facts
- CLN’s are from March 2021, they are not new and any strategic investor would have been fully aware of them!
- The developers of Triller which recently valued at $5bn I believe, felt comfortable in entering a JV with this company based upon RS being in charge!
The $1m of funds is not going into TAL’s pockets.
TAL will only receive funds if and when they sell these newly allocated shares, and even in that case the funds will come from the buyer of the shares not Tintra PLC!
On 25 January 2022 Tintra Acquisitions Limited ("TAL") was issued £78,010 of Convertible Loan Stock!!!!
Looks like CEO just rewarded himself with circa £1.5m for £78k! That seems very dodgy.
£1.95 to sell now.
CLN's
The initial £415k was fully converted by 13/08/21.
TAL have converted £335k so far as far as I can make out from the RNS's.
As such, £415k left or a maximum of just over another 4m shares.
CLN's
£415k issued on 6 July 2020. By 31 Jan 2021, this was down to £340k.
£750k issued to TAL on 25 March 2021.
So that's potentially a maximum of another 10m shares that can be issued at 10p a share.
I assume the CLN’s were issued when the SP was 50p or lower.
I suppose it’s just TAL’s good luck that their £100k is now worth £2.2m
Mark
I haven’t been in the company as long as you may have so am just trying to understand things.
It just seems like converting those CLN’s has affected sentiment and naturally makes you wonder what the rationale is.
