So 64m shares are in issue (18/06/25) and Uru announced 1:25 shares so 185p/25 = 7.4p

Love to see a big name however if it was me I wouldn’t so to keep it closed lips! Unless I already had something signed on paper and for that Uru would have to disclose! So don’t pin hopes on that but purely the fact we r 420k better off and a major ii has taken nearly 20% stake in the company!

It’s not 80% it’s 40% held by CEO (20%approx and 18.75 today’s buyer)… so that’s 40% and another 30% by serious investors for the end game! Which leaves only 30% between others - so if only those 30% buy or sell and pressure comes this will blow hard! Hence people are talking about the potential here it’s not just hot air or pumping as you see across many aim stocks! Above all just go and search the resource and senior management! You will know if to invest or not!

May be the board looking at the end goal had to take this required step in order to get the process going! 'why mention prominent' and proactively approached' could only mean a big boy and we have big neighbours has taken a practical first step after having kept an eye on the work being done in the last few months! Not your avg joe blog! If it was a raise in the open market reaction would make sense however this is someone of significant worth and could be linked to any of our heavy weight neighbours! They just bought near 20% of the company before drilling results/ updated resource and mining right! Y would someone not wait or may be they know or asked enough questions to have the confidence to jump in now! And we have sellers who are panic selling!!!! Guys don’t lose your money wait the end game isn’t far! Few weeks/months and this is pointing to an outright sale! So hang in there …. £51m is £1 so if we are bought for anything from £70-£100m then we are looking at £1.50-£2! Again someone only paying 15-20% of the value of the resource!

One thing Ajay missed was potential gold which at near term forecast $5000 could add significant more value then what everyone is stating! All kicks off with the mining and mining to be granted Uru need to show how the mine will be developed&funded - therefore a sale is very realistic possibility!

Updated resource will have us above £5npv! Which would suggest anyone coming for us would be happy to spend anything from £1.50-£3per share and still make a very healthy profit!
