How has this gone so wrong this year? I really hope this turns around and lccm revenue starts to come in sooner rather than later. I'm not ruling out returning whether sp is higher or lower I'll just require some firm plans and time lines from BOD

The final straw was seeing it in black and white that lccm had not produced the desired copper from the existing heaps. After getting an email stating a review would be out in Aug and has not appeared i'm unsure about the BOD at the moment.

decided the interims didn't fill me with hope at the moment so sold my entire holding at a massive loss

exactly dv, i personally don't think they have earned their large salaries. Cobre customer not paid anything all year and its taken till now to proceed with legal, lccm still not in production and existing pads have not produced the copper that was first thought, and to top it off it is looking highly likely that the other 50% of redmore will be purchaced with shares. Dont think the BOD have done anything to help the sp this year

I know things are not going as we thought 1yr ago but at least we own something and make a profit as an aim company which is rare

Proposals to build 99 new homes close to a mine which could be reopened ( south Crofty) have been refused planning permission.

An application had been made for outline planning permission to build the homes on land at South Crofty on Dudnance Lane in Pool.

But planning officers had recommended that the plans be refused as there were fears that if the mine does reopen noise from it could affect residents.

Cornwall Council's west sub-area planning committee met yesterday (Monday, September 23) to discuss the application and voted 12 to one to refuse planning permission

The first 5 tons were 75% copper where as most copper cement is only around 25%

With all that's going on atm re TC and SXX I'm feeling happy to be invested here

Think it would be extremely unlikely at these levels.

Personally think the BOD with there huge salaries should be instilling some confidence and buying some decent qualities of shares on the open market.
It's all well and good to keep using options to buy but that just dilutes us. Alan Broome didn't even take place in the placing, wouldn't you think he would be jumping in both feet now?

Has the market been officially notified of the review mid august. No, it was in a personal email and as such cant be used a concrete evidence of intended release date. So anyone who keeps using this as a reason to dis the company is in my view deramping.

I think most of us are more than a little stressed on here at the moment especially when most are way underwater. Unless your a shorter I would think most would be wanting the sp to significantly rise from here and this board certainly isn't helping at the moment.
