COPL now have stated that they WILL close the deal on March 15th, not "expect to", or "should' etc. They will. So everything is complete, has to be. Art probably could have completed the acquisition earlier. Complete speculation, but why wouldn't he set the date for the last possible moment, ramp the SP and then minimise the dilution as the 5 day average SP will be much higher by then.

RNS at anytime today would smash through the current resistance at 0.35

Still feel like they should RNS some kind of update, based on what has been stated on the presentation .

Need to pump up the SP!
