I’ve just sent him an email and he sent me verbal abuse back. He has had a personal tragedy in the past week, which I did not know about. But the tone of the email back to me was SHOCKING.

I’ve had a look through the twitter account and it looks genuine enough - I’d be suspicious if it was setup in past few days and had limited posts. But this account was setup in May and has reports on many different oil deals. Looks legit.

Yes Bolton, that’s the dilemma with COPl - the potential is mind blowing if they could just get started on operations!

I think we would see a huge re rate once there’s some evidence of progress.

It was around 10% up then a second surge to 24% soon afterwards
