Oscar, pure guess work so no point in commenting on the share price. Let's see what the news is, it could go plenty of ways, if it is a major global co and we have a mention of commercial figures then this share price could go absolutely mad!!.

Let's just wait and see, I am heavily invested as I believe I will make a good return.

Morning Mister Positive. It is in fact excellent news and is exactly what we knew would happen and when it would happen. This is part of the process in building up a company. If you look at a few posters on the ADVFN board and have a read I think you will understand the news much better. All is very good indeed and this company is on it's way to building much higher share value

As I keep saying the last line is pivotal in this RNS, so much so that I am going to add even further to my 5k top up ten mins ago!! The deal will happen, it will push the market cap up massively, the guys have contacts, been there and done it with the t shirts. No brainer top up's here!!

I agree with most of what you say for the record. However I do think the last line is telling the way it is worded. MATERIALISE MEANING: Become actual; fact; happen That is what I am on about and hence why I have added 5k worth this morning at 62p Very happy with that

You are clearly not in business as you are not grasping the situation. I am just about to add a further 5k worth as this is an opportunity. The Company is looking for a 200m deal, the market cap of the company is currently 20m, these things take time and quite often run over timescales. Look at the boards track record, look at the shares they hold, all is good. This is a massive opportunity and one that I see in the future of 10 bagging from this level. Are you topping up today or selling your shares??
