The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Yes guitar. My quotes this year for my house policy was over £600 from DL and the same policy with Churchill was identically priced. Policy from saga was £300 odd cheaper. Two points about company not being able to cover dividends. Every insurance policy from all companies are being hit with major subsidence claims as well as dearer motor repairs. Also how many of you have heard of a whole small village being caught up in grass fires. Generally speaking only fields caught fire not back gardens. Another complication I can think off. What happens when one motorist with a DL policy has an accident with a Churchill motor policy holder. DL group cops both costs.
Lets hope that the increase in premiums and that by the summer. DL will have a fair idea of what last years claims have maxed out at and a small interim dividend is forthcoming.
Fingers crossed.
"sometime I wonder if you people on the 24th of December stay awake all night to wait for Saint-Nicolaus
First off Ghost Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character. And I can confirm by this post alone I am not a product of fiction.
And its Father Christmas or Santa Claus that we in the UK think off at Christmas on the 24th December. I caught my father out at the age of 7 posting presents in the pillow case at the end of my bed.
ST Nick is your European effigy that you, I believe celebrate on the 5th or 6th December with cookies for the kids.
So toddle off and spare us all of your words of misinformation there's a good chap.
IMHO: soon or later somebody will pull the plug to the investment and then it will become complicated...
Now I understand why the ghost is here.
He wants it to collapse so he can take it over.
But that's what happens when a Germanic entrepreneurial scientist who's only contribution to this board is to state the landfill of waste doesn't work, neither does gasification but incineration will be the ultimate final solution to dispose of waste materials.
Now where have I heard that before?
Once again PT you and I are on the same page. Its a shame others are missing the obvious point.
Castle is also aligned to out beliefs but is misguided with the expectation of the continuance of gate fees.
They will go to Plot 10A and Plot 10A will offer plastic to the rest of the plots at a price. Also remember Plot 8 needs a massive amount of incineration material and will undercut everyone on the Protos site to purchase their input. Their plant must have cost multi millions of investment money. And they need a greater return on that investment.
Hi Leo this predictive text and spell checking needs sorting. Was that a demonic demo unit you meant?😊
The welsh site as I see it is to creates a mixed feed stock demo unit at less than a full scale plant version.
My question is. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THE UNIQUE PLASTIC AND TYRE CRUMB VERSION THAT I SIGNED UP TO SUPPORT>
Sorry for shouting.
But now we seem to be following a multi purpose gasifier with more lab testing and not an actual working model.
Let me refer to another holding I have in a company beginning with E.
They have one plant operating in Italy plus 3 others in different countries under development or refurbishment. All are demo working units using 4 different feedstocks excluding plastic. That company has just compiled the the cooking instructions for plastic. They also have 3 sites in the UK. If PHE doesn't pull its finger out. That company will be the one with a plastic gasifier up and running.
One of those plants is next door to I believe a Toyota plant or aligned to it .
It makes no difference to me who comes first as I hold shares in both. But competition stirs the adrenalin to achieve success

Richard Allen is not as far as I can see a Director of National Hydrogen.
Nor a relative of mine unless he comes from my family's criminal side who were transported to Australia in earlier years.

Unless we have more that a laboratory test rig and not just a working and tested TCC there is nothing you can build around it. All the agreements signed do not stack up to a hill of beans for a major change in share price. But then anything is possible.
So forget for now anything from Skippy and co as they are just like the rest hunting out gullible investors. How do I know I signed up as a possible investor. Its all smoke and mirrors so far with only one company that makes a Hydrogen powered pickup so far making any advancement in possible major sales. That is until Toyota steps in and blows them out of the water with world wide manufacturing.
We must concentrate as I believe KR said on the home market first. Plus I want confirmation of the proceed has been granted a patent. It still will not stop the Chinese from clowning it but even Rolex failed there.
I hold in anticipation of a late 2023/24 start on Protos. But only if we take on the rest of the plots such as the sorting office on Plot 10A in conjunction with other recycling plots.
Yes Castle I remember the podcast and totally agree with 90% of HW views. Although the idea that we will be paid to take plastic for the whole of the future may well not be accurate. My council waste disposers do not pay to hand over Alloy and steel cans or recyclable plastics. So once our process starts to make money from unrecyclable plastic it becomes a commodity with money attached. How many times do you go to a scrap yard and have to pay them to take your waste copper, brass etc. They pay you.
NNN?
With a capital raise live on VCEX, National H2 has signed a technology agreement with Powerhouse Energy Group, which gives it rights to use its patented Distributed Mobile Generation (DMG) technology in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore and Malaysia.
Sorry Castle to keep coming back at your posts but can you tell me the Patent Number only I cannot find it.
Keep posting its important to be able to get a cross party consensus of this company.
The capital raise has finished as far as I'm aware but its:-
Pretty pointless without a proven working full size DMG gasifier. Unless PHE are going to give all the plans and tech to Skippy to build the first plant. So whats in it for us shareholding owners.
Don't get me wrong I don't care who builds and expands the concept as long I can wet my beak. As the Don would say in Godfather 2.
Castle the site wasn't turned down. Peel cancelled the project rather than getting into a long term court case. Here is an experiment you can do at home. Get hold of a candle in a glass jar. Light it and throw in a few small pieces of paper. Then cover the top with preferably something at will not burn. Watch the flames go out through oxygen starvation.
DMG gasification deprives oxygen and therefore incineration by combustion.
On an additional note this splitting apart of the posts.
I do find so much more to easier to read as I sit here supposedly in my care home chair with a red care workers call button around my neck.. Or so the resident troll would have you all believe.
Here It is PT warts and all.
UKWIN are an anti-incineration group This is from their submission Just google it for the entire appraisal.
In 2012, Waste2Tricity (who were involved in the Tees Valley projects) stated: "Air Products are the pathfinder in this sea change of energy conversion technologies".1
Air Products, a Fortune 500 company with significant capital,2 failed to overcome the technological difficulties they faced with their Tees Valley gasification projects even after spending a billion dollars on the technology.
Air Products' April 2016 decision to abandon the thermal treatment market calls into question the viability of using gasification technology with a mixed waste feedstock.
My question is why are we changing the Welsh lab program to more than just plastic conversion
Is it because Messer’s White and Riley are trying to prove something more. As each of us share holders are in effect owners just as HW and KR are owners. Do we not deserve an answer to even that simple question.
Anything is possible PT. My last project was as a consultant to an Essex Council dealing with their data networks along side major London dealing rooms. Believe me when you see the ability of some financial houses to react with millisecond dealing decisions it opens one eyes. to how slow some Local Government programs are.
On a separate note. I am going to post here something I acquired from my other shareholding in a moment. But I have to make sure it conforms to the LSE rules. Its relevant to PHE and its current situation and does leave me with some questions that I reckon you would also put together.
Perhaps LSE are trying to stop posts that breach these rules Castle

Testpact3 I believe that you are right on NOX. I live on a main road into my seaside town and the sap residue from the tree outside my house captures those pollutants on the walls. Plus the asbestos Gamage to my lung causes me more problems in the summer months when deiseal cars are queuing outside my home. Hence why I have Aircon in my front facing rooms.
What I cannot understand is why everyone is so concerned about these irrelevant facts. When we still have no answer to why a commercial plastic TCC has not been or being made and tested. Because as a retired electrical engineer with out the gasifier this and any plant will not fly this side of 2024.
I hold in anticipation for next year.
