Following a series of protracted correspondence and meetings, HJL intimated that Wavetower would seek to increase its claim to £18m and consider appointing administrative receivers over the Company. Winbo By carp do you mean deramping? Yes some would want a lower SP for some reason. Others may want a Spike driven by news of PPA or license and put their money elsewhere. However there is no sound reason after last week's RNS for thinking that anything negative has happened. I share the frustration that this has taken way too long, but please stop commenting every five minutes that the sky is falling down.

I think re reading the last RNS where Sepco have signed second contract for power line and re validated MCPP price and agreeing to expand to Botswana. This was all based on the PPA update provide by Kibo. For Sepco to agree to this, IMO PPA signing is only Weeks away. LC may have been economic with the time lines to shareholders but can't do that to Sepco.
