Does this extract from the RNS point to the expectation that the PPA will have been signed before the 30th August? “The meeting of all conditions by 30 September 2018, unless the parties have mutually extended or waived this requirement.“

I'm having difficulty in seeing the plus side, just at the moment with the SP. I'm sitting at a 30% loss. Hopefully news possibly before AGM on PPA and SML next month, will put a rocket up on Kibo SP.

Look back at the 29th of June RNS : "The reformatted IBFS was resubmitted to TANESCO today and the final commercial discussions on the PPA are expected to conclude expeditiously following submission of the reformatted IBFS". "We are hopeful that having completed the reformatted IBFS we can conclude negotiations on the MCPP PPA soon". This is in my view, weeks or a few months away and definitely not years away.

SML will be submitted before AGM. LC will want some good news before AGM, otherwise he will face a lot of heat from me and other shareholders. I fully anticipate good news before AGM.

What do you want LC to do. Not comply with the new regs? As Sonic mentioned, this is proof that the project is moving forward and expect the PPA soon.

I agree Mike. People are focusing on the SML, when PPA could well land before AGM!

I wonder if we will get a full litigation update today? If not today, then probably by Friday, as Adian has promised some good news, which I'm sure will be after litigation/criminal proceedings.

The TGov needs to get it's finger out. IBFS, with 16 chapters and spot on technical content... This had to be reformatted and resubmitted. So they should know all the details inside out. So why still no idea on when the PPA will be put to AG and signed? Is it incompetence, or something else. I want LC to be open and tell us if its close or not. Words like soon, expedited, full support are left meaningless without action, concrete steps. It's time to account LC. He is answerable to the shareholders and not the TGov.

Feels like we are in suspension. No time lines for when PPA will be signed is leading to stagnating SP. Any other news will be ignored by the market I fear. Come on LC get this over the line before AGM.

I wonder what the SP will be on the 16th of July? Maybe a nice 300% premium on today's SP :)
