Even the more recent article is dated the 5th of July last year and they seem to be talking about a done deal so that doesn't seem to fit.

This may well be the same agrifood company mentioned in the RNS of the 3/1/24 , "a leading producer of famous Italian cheeses" but i a not sure it is referring the upcoming WL transaction.

It does demonstrate that the Italian bank already has a working relationship with this company but that is no surprise , a good spot though , none the less.

You say you have no idea , well that makes two of us , in fact i get the impression that nobody knows whats going on , and yes i will wait and see , at 80% down , it would seem the only thing to do.

I never deliberately spin anything negatively , i am a genuine investor , albeit a frustrated one , i speak as i find and i will continue to do so.

Well i don't normally buy shares in a company and then hope for it's value to diminish in any way shape or form so a few days at plus 25% would be very welcome but i am suspicious when i see a lot of buys for very small amounts and i thought it would be ok to say so.

I have never in my life heard of anything moving in a downward motion over a long period of time referred to as a flash in the pan.

A flash in the pan is something that flares UP , with the emphasis on the word UP , and then settles back down - like the sp did this afternoon.

There is no negative spin from me , i just call things as i see them , i am a long term holder , i have only ever bought and held SYME shares and never sold a single one.
