How many more shares would SYME have to issue to reach a de-listing threshold?

What exactly is the de-listing threshold and how does it work?

For what reason/s might the board consider de-listing as an option?

Just a polite reminder , this deal has not been completed and has in fact been the subject of some considerable delay - the reason for which has not been revealed to us.

I just wanted to say I think your logic is flawed.

Just because they haven't been charged with any offence doesn't mean they haven't commited any , I could be a mass murderer for all you know - just haven't been caught yet.

I might add that I am not calling anyone a liar but I will say that CEO's are much like politicians in so far as they will be liberal , miserly or downright creative with the truth as ever the circumstances require.

Good point upzeplums , I think you may well be right about having a physical meeting where shareholders can attend - it would stand to reason. In any case AZ , Bert & co will have a much less bumpy ride IF they can get first WL done BEFORE the AGM.

I think it is fair to say that most of us have had it with all the flannel and chit chat and let's face it , that is exactly what you will get at the AGM whether it's online , in London , Rome , New York , Paris or Peckham!

As it's looking like an all male affair in daylight hours with no music , no alcohol and , I think it is fair to say , no shortage of unhappy punters I will be giving it a miss , in fact i think it all sounds positively excruciating and , given the choice, I would probably prefer to have my Knob sand blasted!

...of course it needs to be sorted and tbh I have no idea of how long it will take - or for that matter SHOULD take to bring about a resolution but the sooner the better as it is clearly an unwelcome distraction. I would like to think the board are fully focused on getting us up and running , they need to be best foot forward at all times but even more so now as we attempt to make the transition from a company that COULD be a success to a company that WILL be a success 🤞

...as for SP predictions , I think a few of us all had a go at that just a couple of months ago , if anyone can be bothered to dig up the thread , not too keen on making sp predictions as they can come back and bite you but , suffice to say, the potential is considerable...

I wouldn't want to start talking in terms of rocket ships cos that is just asking for trouble but If I were to use that analogy I would suggest the rocket is still being manoeuvred very delicately and deliberately towards the launch pad.

Clearly there is a delay and we can only guess what it might be.

...my gut feeling is that syme have gone off half ****ed here , they were so keen to tell us that they had finally got a big institution to express an interest they have released the rns and now they are desperately trying to dot all the i's and cross all the t's and finding that the platform is not quite as oven ready as the juice man from the bank would like...

that's my guess anyway 🤷

All I know about TW is what I read on this board and couldn't really give a tinkers cus who he is or what he thinks.

There is so much noise and hubub around rampers and derampers and people with agendas etc and i think a lot of people seem to get polarised and drawn into one camp or the other and it easy to forget that most of us are just average punters looking to get lucky...

and for that we need AZ & SYME to deliver the goods , monetised, chipped , tracked , verified and with revenue incoming...

I think the pertinent issue here is how prepared we are with regard to tracking and verification.

Why has this P-chip link up been announced NOW?

Is tracking and verification am issue with the current BBPM/BIG-CHEESE , could it be a reason for the apparent delay?

If indeed this is an issue that needs to be addressed we have to remember this will take time , a most precious and finite commodity.

...and talking of time we should consider there is normal time , shall we say Greenwich mean time , and then there is SYME TIME... and MAN! ...that REALLY DRAGS!!

In order for SYME to attract funders they must be able to reassure them that tracking and verification is possible. I don't know whether or not or to what degree this might be a stumbling block at this point in time but one one like to think a lot of thought had gone into it BEFORE now... 🤷
