Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
This is from the last RNS.
“The hole was terminated at a depth of 104.7m having passed through the target zone. The hole was designed to twin and deepen a historic drill hole CL-15 which intersected 7.6m grading165 grammes/tonne silver (4.8 ounces/ton) and 0.4 g/t gold from 82.3m depth to the base of hole at 89.9m depth.”
In gold mining, 10 g/t is a high-grade deposit for gold. 1 g/t is a low grade that shows the area is not very densely populated with gold.,so we have
4 g/t of gold showing from the historic drill., and in mining terms it’s not deep 300 meters is deep.
Silver grades work differently and are in ounces per ton and also involve the different by-products such as nickel and lead, and also whether there is gold in the mix. But multiple ounces per ton is a good grade deposit.
So at the historic drill results for both gold and silver we had.
historic drill hole CL-15 which intersected 7.6m grading165 grammes/tonne silver (4.8 ounces/ton) and 0.4 g/t gold from 82.3m depth to the base of hole at 89.9m depth.
So in my opinion and what’s regarded by the rest of the mining world....
The Silver was quite a bonanza grade and the gold was good enough to go for.
We shall of course know the results in due corse which if they twined the other hole with success.
By the way there is no queue jumping....in fact in these Covis times PC has done a brilliant job finding one of the best drilling teams and some one to test the results.
They’ve done exactly like I quoted you 1st of November.
If they weren’t happy with the what they found when drilling they wouldn’t have sent them off to be fully analyst.
RE: CLAYTON STATE DRILLING PROGRAm1 Nov '20
However, RC drills carry two big limitations: RC samples convey very little structural information and RC drills can’t go as deep as diamond drills.
Diamond drilling is more expensive. A typical diamond drill program probably costs north of $200 per meter, depending on the rock type, the expertise of the drillers, the drill location, and much more. It can also be painfully slow. Grinding through the rock and recovering a complete core takes time and issues often arise. It can take hours or even days to pull up the entire rod string to change the bit when it wears out.
I also told you that “Falcon “ were very innovative and they have in fact about 25 to 30 different types of drilling machines which they have thought up to which they think will suit every occasion.
Even down to one able to work from a Helicopter which can also deliver water to the drill of which Diamond Drills need plenty of.
When the Drill Cores are complete and out of the hole they are spilt in two down the middle.
They are then put into 2 separate boxes which are properly sealed with a lead seal and sent of to the analyst for proper stand up information which the Stock Market will take full note of.
The other half are treated the same and retained by Sunrise Resources for us to retain which ensures no fiddling.
One good point here is that PC really knows his stuff and may be able to out a news item at that time, this I think could be the middle to the end of this month.
I hope some of you find this information useful and answer a few queries which you may have.
To quote Patrick C Words in his last RNS statement.
I think says it all ! !
Exciting Times Ahead
" I am also pleased to announce the scheduled start of drilling on our Clayton Silver-Gold Project in Nevada this week and the preparations for drilling at our Newark Gold Project in Nevada and at our Baker's Gold Project in Western Australia. This is an exciting time for Sunrise with regular news updates expected over the coming months from both our CS Project and our gold and silver assets. We are fully funded for the planned work programmes and for the foreseeable future and I look forward to updating shareholders in due course.".
Good Morning.
Mr KevTheRed. 32.520 according to my old records list ( do you remember me doing it ) a long time ago now.
I always tried to update it has snippets of information came in.
As you say good luck to all the “Old Timers” on here.
Having only been here for about 3 years I’m still in “The Cubs” and have only got my first 2 badges “Dib Dib Dib “
It’s good Drilling Weather out in Humboldt, last month they were suffering all those Bad Nevada Fires.

Hi I know all about Falcon and they are great innovators and for over 30 years they have designed rigs to drill in any location.
They even devised one that can be landed in In assessable
mountain Areas .
In theory all PC needs todo is drop Falcons
drill Rig exactly over where the other drills were done, cos in my opinion the other results with a Percussion drill were pretty amazing.
As PC is starting tomorrow perhaps he’s got the same idea as mine.
From start of drilling to getting an update RNS could be before the send of November.
From yesterday’s RNS.
Clayton Silver-Gold Project, Nevada USA
· Drilling contract signed - drilling to start on or around 29th October.
· Drilling to follow up historic exploration where a number of holes ended in mineralisation or did not reach the target depth e.g. CL-15 which intersected 7.6m grading 4.8 ounces/ton (165 grammes/tonne) silver from 82.3m depth to the base of hole, ending in mineralisation.
· Historic grades were reportedly understated due to loss of fine silver-bearing sulphide minerals during previous percussion drilling programmes.
If those results were gained from Percussion Drilling that was fantastic .
This time PC is doing diamond core drilling which when it comes out of the ground it’s put into security type boxes and sent to the analyst .
Drilling starts tomorrow., 29th.
Please do your own research on these types of drilling the Diamond one can cost 4 times the original way this was done. Ok
Sam .
I hope you don’t mind me returning the comments.
A Sam ***** Kind of Day
I wake up on a cool December morning,
Look at the clock which says five 'til eight.
However, it's still as dark as it was two hours prior--
That's when I knew it was a Sam *****
Kind of day.
Sleepy drizzle cast a steely sheen on
The street; while bustling cars within it played.
I just turned over and went back to sleep,
Perhaps feeling a bit lazier than ol' Mister *****.
A couple of hours later I'm preparing for
A lunch appointment,
Part of social dues I suppose I must pay;
The waitress at the restaurant says she likes
My coat and hat,
Of course, I tell her, well, you know,
It's just a Sam ***** kind of day.
Amidst the heavy mist I go to the store without a list
Only knowing that a Christmas desire must be assuaged.
Chocolate is what's required and to this end I retired;
That and an Americano on this
Sam ***** kind of Day.

264.9 acres approved, the 5 acres your refer to is what’s all ready disturbed
Also because it’s Federal Land No Royalties are payable and we are liable to normal tax which equates to 1 or 2 % per year.
The BLM is primarily concerned with permitting surface and environmental disturbance in accordance with the Mine Plan of Operations and within the defined Project Area. The Project Area covers 585 acres and is the area for which detailed environmental baseline studies were conducted as a part of the Environmental Assessment and within which the mine development will take place. The approved disturbance is for 264.9 acres and includes existing disturbance of 5 acres, all open pits and areas designated for trial mining in the Main Zone and Tuff Zone. It also includes additional disturbance for infill drilling in the Main and Tuff Zones and drilling and trial mining in the Northeast Zone.
The Northeast Zone is a large area favourable for the definition of additional resources of natural pozzolan and which may be included in future modifications to the Mine Plan. As it is already within the BLM defined Project Area any future modification of the Mine Plan to include this area in future should be a straightforward process.
Have you All seen this.

Hi Dubs.
Sorry my wording might have read a bit wrong like everyone else I listened to the interview this morning.
As regards when will this share get to 2p no one knows that....like my old dad would say “it’ll get to 2p when it does.
I’ve got over 2% of this Co tucked away which has gone up 2.5 times at today’s prices.
This is common knowledge on this BB and there are some shareholders with lots more than me.
Now you can see why I put my message out like I did as I’d already listened to that last interview.
One thing for sure I only have the very best interests of old and new shareholders with SRES and always have from my very first post on this BB.
To be honest I think the time has come for me to step back from posting as this Share and Patrick C have delivered 100% Of what us shareholders wanted.
Full marks to the team and a Huge Thumbs Up to all shareholders here large and small.
This must still be one of the shares who have all GREEN Ticks in the right places.
Please ALL of you KEEP SAFE .
