Profit still seems out of reach and revenue flat.

Is it now March when Eden announce end of financial year results?

Makes me nervous seeing 50% of market worth of company being raised via issuing new shares 😬

Good or bad as share base is diluted via issue of mire shares.

I would ask you to discuss why you don’t see what I foresee happening, but I think you are a child judging by your reply.

I expect a buy out in 2026 for 3p share. A large pesticide company will buy them and IP & products with loose charge.

A good move for a large pesticide company in my opinion.

Ignoring your child like name calling, when the share price was 6p people said the same thing.

Directors buying shares has never been a measurement of company prospects. It’s just a sign that they believe in their own hype, in the same way a race horse owner will sometimes bet on their own horse. It doesn’t mean it will win.

I wrote my investment off a while ago.

The idea of chemical free pesticides is excellent….but the market for them in volume still doesn’t exists even after approvals.

I see the IP being sold off to highest bidder during the winding up process.

Then a big brand name will sit on it until the time is right and market exists, selling to existing clients.

Results are not exactly positive I feel.

Excuses on why they fall short of same 6 months in 2024. Even with the accounting making 2024 more positive, growth in sales for 2025 should have reflected in exceeding 2024 even with its positive input due to accounting periods etc.

I’m now feeling my small flutter on Eden shares is now a lose to be written off.

At the moment it’s lime the horse you bet on now starting to run out of steam and slip back in the running pack.

Looking at the share sell off today and ever falling price, I think someone has seen the results early. I expect a £3 million cash call Wednesday.

Agree and have add some more stock at 3.3p today. Yes it has always been a gamble, but like you I see some light at end of the tunnel now.

As an English person the accent was hard on me, it’s aimed at its target audience aka California farmers.

What about the promise of positive cash flow (aka profit) in short term?

If that is achieved in 2025 then there will be no need for another cash call hopefully.

Sale of IP (intellectual Property) then administration.

Great idea and product but can’t be made profitable via a standalone company.

Will be extra products for an established profitable company.

Without projections for future income these announcements are worthless.

Sales could result in projected income for years 2026/2027 to £150 or £150 million.

It’s like telling everyone you have won the lotto without staying the prize amount….could be £30 or a million plus.

Today so far and over last weeks there has been some large sell offs of shares as it moves rapidly toward 2p a share.

Reading between the lines the company is obviously in a crisis and I expect they will sell off intellectual rights for products to highest bidder and file for closure.

If all the promises and future looks so rosey, then why the mass exodus of share holders.

Did someone say ‘steady share price increases’, as SP now hurtles towards 3p a share with 2p probably by end of year.

I think the market doesn’t see this company being able to make a profit before the cash reserves run out.

The Intellectual property for the products will be sold off to highest bidder, debts paid from it and goodbye.

As the share price heads towards 3p I’m now looking at any investment I have made on this gamble as a write off.

Keep reading the positive news splurges they put out, but it seems the investors know different as the sell off continues.

My feeling is they will get eventually get approval in the various markets they are targeting, but never get the turnover they require to show a profit.
