Just had a notification of RNS but the links here still aren’t working. https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/CRDA/director-pdmr-shareholding/15133117
Posted purely due to the connection with SBTX (plus I’m a Croda holder too anyway) ….I just had a notification and still can’t access any RNS on this site but here’s the link…

There seem to be some technical issues with the website here today so it’s not showing that there has been an RNS showing Tyndalls have increased their holdings to 6.15%

Tedjames SA is keen for a pharma collab as they would potentially run and finance the full clinical trial required, which I think he said in one of his many interviews would need to be about 4 years long in order to meet all formal requirements. Obviously this means it’s a very long term investment for us to see greater gains (I don’t mind, I’m hooked). The average moderate psoriasis sufferer may have 5 or more different prescriptions to treat each part of the body affected, ( I had 5) including a specific moisturiser, cleansing shampoo, scalp lotion, cream, ointment and foam spray, let alone trying the different ones as some didn’t work effectively. Some prescriptions lasted maybe a month some lasted me 6 months. The pharma potential is huge, this will turn the current steroid treatment market on its head.
This is from an interview last year detailing the routes of each pillar. It’s very interesting listening and a great reassurance of their abilities and potential. Or Skip to 11.22 and 27.35 for the pharma intentions.

Tedjames, personally I’d love a round figure of £30. Realistically I’m expecting in the region of £40. People’s finances will obviously affect their personal affordability as medical prescriptions are much cheaper or even free for some and because it’s not available as an NHS prescription (yet) there is the hope that it may be in the future with a pharma collaboration. SA mentioned this in recent interview.
belgrano, I’m still using the Axisbiotix. . I had healed up to a point at the 2 month mark when the study officially ended. I continued healing after it ended with the uninterrupted supply they were kind enough to arrange.
belgrano, I admit that when I first heard of the study I was very sceptical. I’d already tried many types of probiotics marketed to support psoriasis sufferers which didn’t help me at all. Axisbiotix was untested and very new. Knowing the gut is the “second brain” I was worried of adverse reactions even though it had already been tested for safety for humans. I still hesitated for a moment. Obviously others decided to go the other way.
I bought in quite late and very substantially so I’m down a huge amount right now but I’m not panicking. Of course they have potential in other areas too but I’m focussing here on what I know best, the supplement. I am holding firm as I trust the company and the AxisBiotix. As SA explained in his interviews/presentations, the results of the study “far exceeded their expectations”with over 70% positive response after only 2 months of the study. Now 5 months later it has cleared almost all of my psoriasis and my doctors are amazed. He explained the gut microbiome of psoriasis sufferers doesn’t have/enough of a specific probiotic so this needs to be taken daily much like I do my daily vitamin. Far preferable to drug interventions and worsening psoriasis that eventually requires harsher drugs with very serious side effects. This will generate the regular consistent revenue streams after this is launched. At this stage other than a link in a skin health article some weeks back as well as on the website to register for pre-launch information, there has not yet been any advertising in the psoriasis forums I’m in. The approval is a minor formality. They are professionals and Prof O’Neil has previous experience of such an undertaking (development, patent etc). This is a massive task when they expect the first batch of subscribers to be 25k. Everything has to be perfect. They haven’t started accepting orders yet therefore there are no subscription numbers yet. It’s on its way. I have absolute faith.
Here’s an excerpt from the www.AxisBiotix.com website faq:
When will you launch in the UK and internationally?
• The aim is to start commercialising the product in Q4 2021.
• We need to register the product as a food supplement in the UK, Europe and the United
States. This could not be done until the results were released.
• We will move diligently forward to execute this as swiftly as possible as and when
registrations are granted. We will release the product by subscription in a phased and
orderly manner.
• In the meantime, we encourage anyone interested in a subscription to AxisBiotix-PsTM to
preregister their interest at www.axisbiotix.com.
Hope this is reassuring but as always DYOR and make your own choices.
Thankyou for explaining brazos.
Hi all, I’m a relatively new PI and I am very keen on Sensyne. I have a good holding already and this morning tried to add another 500 at the same price other buys were going through but couldn’t for whatever reason, so I managed to buy in increments instead at that same price but all my buys are showing as sells. I’m still learning on my journey but wondering what’s at play here, can anyone shed any light please? Could this be a sign that shares are being collected “on the side” for institutions etc? Or is it a common practise for trades to be manipulated for other purposes? (Is this even allowed?) If so such demand is a good sign I assume.
Aquae I was in the middle of posting and saw you post first, I completely agree.
My thoughts…Big pharma will be watching too as AxisBiotix gets closer to commercial launch. We’ve seen how few articles and interviews there have been in more recent times. Professional coyness?
Personally, as a study participant, lifelong sufferer and member of many online psoriasis forums including the largest US based ones, I’m actually not surprised to have not yet seen any AxisBiotix ‘feature’ articles amongst the many others they regularly publish on breakthrough treatments. SA and team will want maximum impact, so I imagine this is currently being constructed behind the scenes for imminent release as soon as the subscription /distribution service is active. I’ve not heard anything else aside from that initial skin health mag feature a short while back so there are no subscription numbers to announce yet as only a minority will have so far heard of AxisBiotix and signed up for information.
I remember SA saying he is tentatively anticipating an approach by a pharma company for a collaboration on a clinical project with the AxisBiotix in the future. That will blow the lid off completely giving this absolute credibility with distribution through the NHS here in the UK and worldwide. That’ll benefit many more people who can’t/ won’t spend £30-£40 per month on the subscription. That’s dramatically much cheaper than current drug interventions - circa £10,000 per year per patient for the most extreme cases, most of which, will have progressed to that stage from the mild- moderate that is currently being targeted by AxisBiotix, so pharma will want a slice of this, presumably with the blessing of the NHS given how much they’ll save going forward.
And that’s just one string to Skin’s bow.
I’m in this substantially. Long term.
Hopefully this will attract some new investors and push the price up https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/953931/investment-tips-for-2021-small-cap-pick-extends-lead-at-half-way-stage-953931.html
I’ve been doing some research and I found the detergent patent Itaconix filed for the US.

When you click on “legal status” it says “ DOCKETED NEW CASE - READY FOR EXAMINATION”. Does anyone know how long these things take?
