I must admit this did look like a good ST trade after Fridays performance, but it hasn’t turned out that way today. Nevertheless, all will come good very soon. It could be days it could be weeks, but for certain we will know by the end of the month. With the amount of holdings notifications there’s been today it looks strongly that Dunkerton will be making an offer very very soon.
I dont think anything bad is going to happen here, it just looks like it may not climb as high as everyone thinks. You have to remember it's already jumped up 120%, no one knows how much higher it will climb. It could level off at this price it could take off again. All those people that were shouting over the weekend that this was going to climb to £1 today obviously haven't a clue what there talking about. Dyor, ignore the noisy rampers, and follow your own instincts. Dont let the jokers on here sway you.
Temuchin - Dont underestimate high levels of debt no matter what the company is turning over. I seen it with Cineworld. If the secure lenders decide they want their money now, SDRY will have to restructure the whole company by selling off assets or going into administration. If that happens that could mean shareholders losing all their investment which is what happened at CINE. I doubt that will happen here but high levels of debt and a possible buyout will make this stock very volatile, it could go either way.
Buyers are outdoing the sellers today but the spread tells you that overall there is more supply than demand hence why this isn't move up as fast as one would like. All depends on market sentiment. Is it buoyant about a possible takeover or is it still jittery because of the high debt and a possible bankruptcy? Only time will tell but I think more the former.
Holding firmly.
It’s already jumped 100%, why would you think it would climb some more? Before anyone calls me a deramper, let me say I would love this to climb some more so that I can jump on board, but why do people think it will rise any more. I’m just saying be careful, it may already have hit the ceiling and all those jumping in blindly tomorrow could get spiked. Same thing happened with Wincanton, rumours of a takeover and the SP jumps up 100%. But since then it’s pulled back. Just be careful is all I’m saying, and make sure to only invest what you can afford to lose.
