JUST 16 MONTHS30 Aug 2021 18:38
Recent developments have been staggering! In Just 16 months Jubes will be on line to produce 27k tonnes of copper a year. With 30k scheduled very shortly after this! This time next year Rodney!! Very shortly we could be running at full capacity! What does this mean? 14k tonnes at Sable at $5,500 ( after allowing $4,000 costs ) is $77,000! The new plant at 17,000 tonnes at $5,500 is $93,500 x 50% gives $46,750. Assuming a cobalt grade of just 2.5% gives another 17k x 2.5 %= 425x ( $ 50,500-$4,000 cost) which equals $19,762,500 x 50% gives $ 9,881,250. 14k tonnes x 2.5% = 350 x $46,500 gives $16, 275, 000. 55k tonnes at Inyoni without the expense of Windsor offers substantial earnings! 55k at a basket price of $3,100 minus $500 production costs and 10 percent for smelting gives $128,700! I know there are some big assumptions here, like the grade of cobalt and the production cost of cobalt, but I do feel I have been cautious. This all culminates in a grand sum of $278, 606,250! Without chrome or zinc earnings!! Fast forward and the price of copper is estimated $11k, this then gives $ 321,356,250!! This is all starts very shortly!! Just imagine the numbers if sable is upgraded to$25k tonnes and Inyoni 2 is built on the Eastern limb!! Apply a very modest PE rate of 10 and we’re well in 3 figures! Add the upgrade and Inyoni 2 and who knows - all bets are off! Plus any other surprises!! Sell my shares- not for at least 3 years - no way!! Happy bank holiday everyone.
