Gray, its the same thing. He has got them as part of his remuneration package. He owns them as if he purchased the options. They are his and will be driving his will to succeed.

We are going to have to differ on this. If i had 23M options in a company i controlled, i would be pulling every lever possible to get the share price up. In my view, thats a massive interest in the game.

It doesnt matter if he physically paid for them, he has them. You could argue his drive. determination, ability and commitment paid for them.

He will be willing that share price up, along with all the genuine shareholders.

I disagree Gray. He has a massive incentive to get the share price up. If he can elevate the share price, he can become a very wealthy man, for the reason you have just stated. This neans he has lots of skin in the game!!

Indeed Dorf, he has a lot of skin in the game. Does anyone have the vesting dates handy as some of the options may be expiring soonish?

Raider, the economics look incredibly good. I am just reading the presentation in detail. I note they are suggesting processing hubs of 3-5 SSM per processing module. If one SSM has an average life of circa 8 years. Combining several would potentially extend this 3-5 times. For longevity and certainty of income thats fab.

Jubilee also state, there is potential to produce in excess of 500kt of copper per annum from SSM’s and they are ideally placed to capitalise on them.

We have to take into account, this is just one of the 3 copper sources Jubilee is pursuing and the potential is off the scale. Plus its pay as you go. Hopefully this will be funded by cash flow as each mine is secured, coupled with longevity of circa 30 years, the value play here is quite something.

Edzi, i believe very strongly the share price is going to increase, along with most genuine holders on here. In fact the share price is up 6.3% over the last 5 days and may just be the start of a sustained increase here.

The latest update is not the RNS i was expecting, but in isolation is great news and definitely takes some of the wind from your sales. Like it or not, Roan is ramping up and will swell the bottom line. No matter how much you try and T roll the board and company, profits are rising. Its simple, you may do your best to cast doubt and concern, but profits are going up and substantially up.

I have no doubt in my mind we are going to see a continuous rise in the share price as earnings become obvious and no matter how much you obfuscate the bottom line will register.

Roan is now underway and i for one am looking forward to counting the profits! 2k tonnes per month copper within 12 months along with 2M tonnes of chrome. Have a great weekend all.

Indeed Northern, the RNS caught me by surprise. I was expecting a Roan update with the quarterly when the 4 weeks closed period expired. But i guess there was no real news here. Everybody was expecting the build to be finished. I believe the more explosive news will come when ramp up has been confirmed allowing earnings to rise. Along with a better understanding of the current chrome earnings. Roan has become a little of an anti climax with the delays, but when earnings start coming through, there will be no anti climax then. I firmly believe the share price will move quarter on quarter now, as the more elevated earnings are realised and the former share price high is not far away. I eagerly look forward to the next update.

Cash flow will be rising and will step change pretty rapidly. But its very important now, they dont get carried away and run too fast. Growth has to be organic and allow the share price to recover. I would not be supportive of any further dilution at current prices. If funds are needed for the new refinery and the share price is circa 20p, i would be more supportive of dilution at level, to create another step changevin income. Until then, some shrewd management and bring on the new mines as funds allow. This will ramp up faster and faster. Time to deliver production. The rest will follow! Shareholder value is key for the near term.

Totally agree GR, we have been diluted enough. Chrome is now creating a substantial income with another rise imminent. There is substantial copper infrastructure in place to get copper earnings motoring. Its time to reward shareholders with natural growth. There is no excuse for more dilution.

It is time for Neal to get a firm grip on the purse and dictate what can and cant be done. The future is very bright and i believe very flexible, targeting high value metals. Clever management can take this to a whole different level now.

Definitely seems a good idea for longevity Jonah. This will allow Jubilee to accumulate mines and market share far faster. Are M & G to become the epicentre of their clusters?

Very much looking forward to the next update. In excess of 10 further mines being reviewed. Has the plan changed again? Are they planning several mines per module at present? Would certainly secure market share and allow modules to be added as cash flow warrants? Longevity would be guaranteed as well. Seems to make sense.

That’s fabulous. One of the best by products of our investment here is the benefit to the community. Having personally sponsored several children in Africa, via international charities, i have fully experienced the hope and desire these people have to achieve the simple things in life. Things we take for granted, like schooling, farming, clean water, running water. Very humbling.

A docuseries could give massive exposure depending on where it is aired.

Yes Edzi, they have purchased 2 mines, upgraded Roan. Thutse 2, is due to be completed in August. Thutse 3, i believe is in process. Which means big chrome reef deals have been undertaken. Sable is in the process of being expanded and upgraded. I believe another couple of mines are being targeted and the IRH deal is being pursued. Modules in process for M&G. Lots of community work has been undertaken. Development work on M & G to expand into larger mines. The black glass project is being developed. If they can replicate that every 12/24 months i will be ecstatic.

You have made your point on shortcomings relentlessly for a long period of time. In the run up to Christmas, there was a lot of valid moaning and i was one. Lets not forget that.

Since Christmas, progress has been substantial and rapid, yet you still bang on about the same points day in day out. I can only assume you have an agenda? I’m not sure what that is? But it is relentless. I hope to understand more, when we share a few sherbets at the AGM.

Agreed Seis. I wonder where the share price would be if they didnt spend 90% of their time condemning the company and its directors? They would probably make more.
