If the buyer is one of the IIs, free float will be miniscule. Just let them load up from others as the shares will get stickier. Director buys at 7p a few weeks ago is all we need to know.
Selling below nominal value makes no sense unless the market thinks this is going bust. Which quite evidently, IT IS NOT. £70M in cash, and loan book and debt counter off. No brainer.
In the coming economic and unemployment crisis, I would want to increase the loan book. It would be a opportunity missed. If banks won't lend, families are going to need credit.
