The "housing stuff" is completely separate from the arbitration and if it awards us significant near production mines, then quite frankly I don't care we get profit from the tail end or not (although it's looking like we will). The licences need to fund the project will be valuable enough. But you never know - you may still need to keep your promises. RRR and POW have a good working relationship as has been demonstrated numerous times before and so I'm sure the sum of all fears won't be realised.

Again Banbury balance is needed - The Soma deal in my opinion was not overly great nor overly poor. However it was well timed given the liquidity needs of the company. At the current valuation the market was not attributing any value to the royalty and so to sell it made complete sense. It also allows the company a bit more time without further dilution needed to make good its claims in the DRC. Again, that is subject to opinion about if that will happen and when, but as a reasonably large shareholder I am happy that Bell decided to sell the royalty rather than dilute shareholders at a very low price pending finalising its claims. The share price has responded positively since and that is not down to anything that you/others nor Helpful has said IMO.

Duke it depends on where you think most of the value of the deal will actually come from, I think the value will come once a resource has been proven and payments are due to RRR when that milestone is hit. It's clear there have been steps to start developing the asset immediately by DAL and those developments may start to reveal more value for DAL and therefore RRR in due course. All in all, not a bad deal for a non-core asset - we'll just have to wait and see how DAL develop the licences.

Yes - that's the one helpful. If it must be spelled out, the remaining profits of the mines would presumably diverted to RRR/KOTO? I wonder what sort of revenue and profits a group of copper/cobalt/gold (mines/licences) worth $4B might achieve?

I am sure the scale of this recently signed JV agreement will be realised once the next few steps of execution have been completed, including receipt of the near term productive copper, cobalt and gold licences / mines. What was the law implemented for this type of project again? Social project required to be $1B USD in value and therefore the resources to fund it, much much more valuable.
