The key point here is this new project is potentially cashflow positive from the outset, so arbitration funds can be used to develop other assets. Bell said this may be a project that is similar to the one stolen from RRR "a company maker"... How anyone can interpret this as bad news, or disregard it, is beyond me.

Banbury - Bell has already made clear that the funds from Arbitration will need to be repatriated. Then any further considerations can be made on other projects. Indeed, his live yesterday indicated the potential project may be very valuable and cash flow positive from the outset. So this development is very welcome indeed. DYOR.

Hawaii, completely agree with your sentiments. Quite encouraged by AB's live video. Another project a similar size as the one stolen from us.. And cash flow positive from the outset. This doesn't even take into account further potential claims. Arbitration nearly complete I think a few trolls on here currently might be silent in a few months.

This means the payment has been made and expects to receive the result as soon as the payment is received. A payer cannot receive a payment, so the payee i.e. SGS must be the ones to release the results on the receipt of the payment.
