It was at the bid price like SWC do there’s a difference to the 10-15% discount that keeps happening here, and surely you buy with the cash from last raise to prop it up? Rather than raise even lower…?

As previously announced, the Company will seek further funding as and when required from sources that may include shareholders.

See SWC move, of all the treasuries, structure and execution to date we are the closest to replicating it, its basically SWC at 20p......but DYOR as always

Coin literally has infinite warrants at 3.75p or whatever, right business idea but the model and share structuring completely wrong the only other viable treasury aside from us is V3TC, the rest will fall away IMO

Imagine thinking mcap needs to equal asset holding directly to be good value

Nvidia should be about 10p by that definition, their average guy clearly wants it handed to him on a plate and has 0 idea about valuation or the stock market in general

It was literally the only blue treasury on Friday, the market was wrong and you were right of course, keep wallowing in dog shares, natural selection I guess

But literally half mstrs mcap is now backed by tangible coin, their average is 66k a coin - the value is right in front of you yet you want to deny it, what happens when btc moves higher ? They’re using leverage too

The only viable argument is where does it stop and there must be a top right? Probably not in our life time considering world debt and limited tangible supply of btc, predicting it is a mugs game

Is this any different to companies posting valuations of 30 - 100 + x p/e, it’s arguably significantly less risky
