I have a feeling it will sail past 3.5p on announcement - completely de-risked, no risk of further dilution and becomes a strong investment case with 15m in the bank/synergies/contracts etc etc.
How do you value a company with 650m shares, a major on board with 54%, 15m in the bank, 50m turnover, 40% free-float (held by around 8 funds)
Directors also have around 15m in 3.5p options which don't vest until 8/10/12p
IPO at around 20p (diluted).
Incredibly cheap for the risk/reward potential - I have no doubt it will reach double digits at some point providing the deal goes through.
