Okay Joe, what do the tranche two requirements in the 4th June RNS say?

What does the word recapitalisation mean to you?

Do you feel that a repayment of 75% of tranche one is harsh for a revenue covenant breach?

Where does the money come from to finance the circa 3m half year losses?

Who will be stumping up the cash when required with your largest ii’s bailing ?

What will happen when link inevitably have to dump Woodford’s holding with zero ****s given about profitability?

And if you think that’s a deramp or trying to get a lower entry.... read the ****ing RNS’s who would in their right mind buy in right now ??

reality is half of you will bag 100% whilst the other half will be LTH .... how are you even trying to ramp a share with two ii’s bailing before dilution, loss making and ****ing Woodford still around

FWIW I think the SP could go either way with the big sellers out and potentially a big buyer, PI wouldn’t have soaked up 330m... such a large repayment on a breach is a sucker punch though....

Good the deferment has been agreed, but cash has been cut in half and funding required in 3 months?

I don't think anyone has suggested they'd be removed?.... it's the motive behind the forced exercise that's important.... WHY?

And it removes any future drag on share price....

That RNS is probably the biggest 'BOOM' of them all so far..... I'm still hoping for a 30-50p+ deal so its not too late ;)
