Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
"Fooler cannot orchestrate when an RNS is to be released, any material news has to be published when it happens."
---
Seriously?... of course he can. Who do you think agrees when the contract signing meeting is going to happen,.. this week,.. next week etc.,? Next month? It doesn't have to be RNS'd until happens... and when that happens is in control of the management.

Some airlines are already operational in too Lunghi.
Gibbo,.. I think you are miss-reading what I was saying,... I am saying that there is now a new,.. and much welcomed,.. mindset,... embracing marketing and advertising. I am delighted that the company is now reaching out in terms of news flow, advertising etc.,
I think that the most amazing thing to consider regarding the recent SKY advertising is not the cost of the adverts,..or even the sales it will hopefully generate or underwrite........
..it is the change in the mindset of the company. Can you imagine PF commissioning adverts on SKY last year?
We now appear to be far more focussed strategy in respect of the release of news flow and marketing and this is long overdue.
Let's hope for some more visibility of the C-Vid sales to date next week,.. however, I suspect the July webinar will be the one to watch.
Best.
Β£1.5M reported in March alone ...... if sales have continued the sale sort of level... as we have been led to believe,.... then, with April, May June---- we could be looking at circa Β£6M sales in C-Vid sales in H1 alone?
Typical abc nonsense.
"Thermal-imaging cameras and swab tests for coronavirus are not "clinically valuable" in airports, according to a panel of aviation health experts.
About one in every three infectious people would be missed, they say."

So they would catch 2 out of 3--- if I were flying....I'd like to reduce my risks by 66%.
yrabs,
Comms have improved for sure over the past few months,... but I agree,... there is still some way to go. He said during that interview that now isn't the time to be out courting II's,.. but that isn't on the agenda short term,.... but maybe towards the end of the year. I get the impression that he wants another long term MSC,... before he wants to get out in front of them... and if that is the strategy,.. I would agree with that.
The sp being where it is,.. is a function of many things,. .. some macro and beyond PF's control,.. but also. without a doubt,.. as you say as a result of poor comms,.. and, in the past,..over promise and under deliver....
Fingers crossed,.. that we have turned that corner and PF is beginning to listen to one or two investors in respect of PR. I believe he is,.....hence the recent improvement. We are not there yet,.. but moving in the right direction. I really do think that the appointment of Hamish in Jan is going to help drive this forward in a far more focussed and positive way.
Anyway, only circa two weeks until the AGM statement. No better opportunity then to give us a very comprehensive report on all aspects of the business..... albeit he has already dangled the July 'interesting news' carrot. There is clearly something very contract specific happening in the background which he believes may happen in that timeframe---- but we have all heard that before!

Yrabs,
".This is a make or break year for wsg.."
----
I disagree,... I think last year was make or break year.... and probably Tema arriving when it did saved our bacon. I think that this year is the first year of solid foundation, which, even with Covid-19,.. will probably see another record year in sales,.. and let's hope a clear return to profit.
As to covid sales,--- take a look back at the news flow,... we have been selling c-vid related kit since February and we have already booked several millions of pounds ins sales? This is on going as they have told up,.. with no slow down in pace,.. and intact,. we are recruiting etc.,
Apart from the fact that we haven't had an update on sales since the end of March,... I fail to see the problem,.. will just make the sales figures seem all the more impressive when they do come,... which is most likely at the AGM in just a couple of weeks,.. or the July Webinar. What's the view,.... on civid-related sales for H1---? 4-6$M?

.... now until all of the berths at Tema will be completed.... and port capacity will be at 3.5M TEU's /year.... which will be quite some facility.
That time will pass quickly as well we know. It will be fascinating to see how quickly the throughput rises. Given are costs are pretty fixed,.. the growth in screening volume and increase in sales will pretty much go to our bottom line,..in much the same way as does the SL passengers screening.
Certainly the end of year 'review' will be interesting,... how did Covid actually impact upon Sierra leone?-- What level of tech sales actually booked,... how has volume increased in Tema,.... did we achieve another record year in sales growth?
It's going to be fascinating.
Interesting. Looks like some flights resumed, literally one or two a day,... started mid-May.

Aiming,... totally agree.
Check out Hamish CV again,... particularly on LinkedIn.
I think he has been brought in to drive the company forward in a more dynamic and focused way. It certainly seems that we have been more proactive in that respect over the past few months,...and remember he only arrived in Jan.
... very confident that this year would be another year of record sales, confirming Tema to be very profitable and C-vid sales more that offsetting the short term downturn in SL and training related sales.
And of course,... he threw out the usual 'teaser'.... this time linked to the July webinar date ..
' .... hoping to put out some fairly interesting information at around that time,..."
Also interesting to hear that they are in the process of looking at expanding personnel.
Y,... think he may have said something along those lines in one of the 'interviews'... ie it isn't an issue,.. we are safe, as we are in effect appointed as we are named in the Scanport/MPS Contract. I don't think are any issues at all.
Which is great,.. but it will nice to have a bit of a fan fair and photo op when we sign our bit with Scanport.
