Havoc, you are correct, it can't really be a typo stating 320p as they go to the trouble of actually showing this would be a 20,815% increase at the time of their review.

Open question here to the highly knowledgeable members of the board. Sorry to mention another company, just an example, SMS plc with mcap over 660m, share price between 500 and 600p. Should EQT reach their 100m mcap ( very achievable) does that not equate to roughly a sixth of the sp of SMS? As you can deduce, the markets are not my primary forte.

Daily movements mean nothing before news or interim updates. From what I have seen on the majority of this board is loyalty and well researched foresight. With news comes growth and Ian Price has stated news flow will be regular. I see that as steady, regular growth!

Not posted for a while, been watching excitedly, now have no nails left and with buckets of contracts pouring in, anyone seeing a future 50p here?

This had a target of 3.2 before news, be interesting to know what their target is now!

EQT have a signed alliance with cobra, cobra ( massive) have agreed to act as EPC to all aquired projects and utilise Eqtec's gasification process in each. If outside finance is required, Cobra has agreed to attract this. From my point of analysis, I can't see how Eqtec can fail, contracts are coming globally with an environmental demand growing. I see a very lucrative future here.

Does the fact Cobra now look after Eqtec's interests regarding further funding if required ease any pain?

Probably taken advantage of using the full deadline day to allow the market to get focused, weed out weak investors and give the big boys chance to hoover up as much as possible. The rns was more than likely ready to be announced but withheld to keep the sp uncertain till the COB. I should expect an early am rns on Monday and more than confident that it will include good news.

The board is dead, a weekend awaiting our important rns is leaving a lot of thumb twiddling and finger tapping. Good luck all!

Lets not all forget, Eqtec are in with Cobra (signed and going nowhere), this rns should clear up the BOD changes ready to get stuck into the contracts. If Eqtec need any more funding for plant construction etc, Cobra have agreed to source it. Stress is well and truly off Eqtec and it should be off its investors.

Cobra have agreed to be the EPC for all Eqtec's projects, all projects will be assessed by each party and Cobra will construct and operate each plant that has been designed by Eqtec. This form of power production will be essential over the coming months and years, there is only one way this company can go.

Don't forget, EQT are in with Cobra to develop projects, projects provide growth for EQT and returns for Cobra. Cobra has agreed, in their signed agreement, if required Cobra would seek further funding. To be honest, EQT have nothing to worry about, just provide their gasification expertise and the rest will be looked after. Big things to come.

I'm off for a bit, getting a bit out of hand on here today. If you read something and don't agree with it to the point of retaliation, then either don't read it or don't reply to it. There is no point having a go at anyone on here, we are all invested in the same thing and all want the same outcome, if all goes good tomorrow nobody will be pointing a finger we will all be a bit tipsy! If somebody doesn't want you to find something out, they won't tell you, you will find out in the end, a bit like a cheating wife ( or husband) Lets play nice, then get lots of sleep Big day tomorrow!

@oneofus, you're right, time to just settle down and wait, nothing we can do or say will make a rns appear any quicker. The problem is, if we sit quietly, this board will go dead and to be honest, there really is some experience and valid insights posted on here, just gets a bit heated sometimes.
