Lets hope Pardy was not a inside job mmmmmmmmmmm
As we say lets hope the next update hits performance targets and gets the SP rising
Excellent Cowichan, pleased about the regularity responses
Got to say that sounds great and a good kick in the ...... for endevour as a defense and don’t need you
Very Kind Mr Tibbs
your input has been invaluable over the years
Interesting enough article states endevour have refused share information for due diligence with Cey.
Dodgy ceo
I would nt be surprised if they have tweaked their slider messages:
Growth through cash flow
Delivering shareholder returns
Long term growth
Social responsibility
Each accompanied with key strap line
Onto other matters info on EDV offer and Centamin response approx 30 sides in word docs, no firm offer by endevour etc
Combination analysis for example in dollars table over the few years etc
H1 2019 ende (85). Cey 33 merged (52)
Another comparison
Looks at resources and inferred edevour compared to Cey not favourable.
Other technical stuff broken down by both , very little in ABC, and Doropo reserves
Even by a layman I would have some concerns
Great to have the contacts and update
Cheers
Hi Prof
Can’t seem to find re holding Adfn , seen lots of pages....and seen master rsi etc
Really weird re website
Clear your browsers , history , restart laptops might help
London , no problem.
Thanks Prof, very appreciated learnt something new.
Good update tibbs sounds like a win win strategy by Endeavour with CFD
I have logged on ok to Centamin and had a quick look at the Oct 2019 presentation
That would be a concern ................
The reality Prof ,it probably makes no difference and goes in the spam box and not much point spending an hour or so-trying to nail an unaccountable board.
Bests to all and thanks for your insights
The reality I would prefer to remain independent if they could deliver and have a higher takeout price a year or two down the line or like the many of us now accept by default /inevitable a decent premium (after all these years having bought 50p to 1.40 p etc) I like the class action lawsuit!
Hi guys 5 minute draft amend as as you see fit if helpful -I am off for a friday drink!
Dear Mr Jerrard
I have been a shareholder with Centamin for over ten years and like many shareholders, I am concerned by the low value offered by endeavor and how they benefit with high debt and other operational concerns.
The recent performance by cey leaves itself potentially vulnerable and the overlap of key staff between both organizations is a real concern re information.
I would like to see a proactive plan to deliver and drive shareholder value with improved production rates, planned expansion and improved savings with both solar. I appreciate this is early days but a committed and proactive defense to help keep cey independent with effective marketing.
A plan for the recruitment of new staff to drive this though and looking both at buy back of shares and increasing dividend.
I appreciate you will have many such emails but a positive message from the Chair would be great for the near future.
surely, you would expect 30-50% uptake with a takeover-never mind other bidders? surely a premium
done and more .........no expectations but hey
I only wish the AGM was coming up now to put some pressure on them and ask the questions that need answering mmmm
You would have to hope more meat on the bones for cey and preferably not a company running a loss
Spot on Tibbs ahhhhhh
You would have to think about the logic of swapping staff-maybe
CEY should make an offer for Endevour 70-30 cey
I hope this is a long road with higher gold prices, improved offer and another bidder at least
Excellent info seiko, many thanks
If I was Cey I would play as dirty as the rest and initiate a buy back, bring double time external marketing and project consultants for help with both a defense and future service delivery expansion. Increased dividend payment.
As mentioned before, why would the board want to trash Cey performance to enable a cheap buyout? Unless a big brown envelop etc As you say have we been undermined by key posts or are the board just pretty clueless mmm .Of course Cey need to get their house in order.
Interesting posts by all ,thanks
