Plant Impact (AIM:PIM), a developer of technologies that improve crop productivity is pleased to announce that on 18 February 2009 it entered into exclusive detailed discussions with one of the world's top 10 agrochemical companies by revenue (the 'Third Party') for the global licensing of BugOil® through the signing of a non-binding letter of intent ('Letter of Intent') and into a loan agreement with the Third Party for £750,000 ('Loan Agreement').

this is getting noticed... just ticked up again 8.6% now.

jumped on board without doing any research into the company which as a rule i never do, but due to a bad day was trying to make a quick buck back! As the sp hasn't dropped too much for some reason i have decided to wait until tomorrow to see the state of play. Very wishful thing that this may come back up a bit but just going to sit tight as sitting at a loss atm.

Alright mate, been looking at a few companies this week, in GMA, look awesome for the short/medium term all good news recently, and looking at another one, before i mention it i want to do a bit more research though ;) I will have a look at EML. Hope all is going well... looking forward to 9th March.
