Goes to show the lack of PI appetite for stocks that can generate decent investment returns and the reluctance of the MM's to form a decent orderly market.
The company has announced news that transforms them from someone sitting on the edge of an abyss to being given a leg up the first few runs of a ladder.
The tie ups, contract wins, contract discussions, refinancing, organising the debts into manageable outgoings, and the management refocussing and strategic review all lead to a company that now although it still carries risk (What company is ever totally risk free) is more than likely to suceed and clearly its products/services are in demand.
Yet, the sp languishes putting on huge gains one day to be lost the next day because the lack of PI interest means the MM is hasty about opening the book to volume..
It will come, of that I am sure...
There is a key in this that I keep mentioning... "Denton"
Now, Denton aquired a huge stake at somewhere near the same price as I was buying at...
Difference is though he held just below the required 30% to make a formal offer for the company..
Considering the sucess and redirection of IHP and the low price we see ourselves at I would not be surprised to see him start to build his holding up again after it suffered during the previous share issue....
All IMO of course....
But consideing the company has managed its debts, reduced overheads, improved revenue and margins etc etc etc to give it a market cap of just £600k is pretty well on the mega cheap side....
Best of luck...
