the only one buying in big numbers is TM so best not make out that the BOD are piling in.
They've been placing at low levels recently so unless a cash injection does come through we don't know if the last 3.25p placing is the end of that cycle.

regardless ,long term holders just want this back up respectable levels as this could get taken out for next to nothing..

alternatively there's a technical hold up and all will be sorted soon...
