i think i'm right in say another 10% and this new partner would have to make a formal bid for the company?
£3m for 20% and a few more million to get to that 30% and give a low bid?

i guess these market conditions made it impossible to get a deal through now but we have the cash to fight another day (assuming this will be enough cash for a couple of years?) and Beutong wasn't mentioned today so at least that's protected..

i also didn't expect a placing at that level with this kind of dilution but puts a floor under the share price (i hope!)

stock is massively oversold

the stock has also attracted some short term traders imo
ultimately company has yet to deliver a way forward on the assets - anyone can talk about it but they've to nail a deal...

i think some have just given up..

watchmaverick- nothing you've said that's not been posted here before, in fact i've heard how cheap is at 2p - stock worth multiples of present share and all that..

i'm willing to pay 2p after a deal is announced and hold more shares for the long term

bought some of these yesterday at 27p - shame it wasn't enough.

not so sure about that but lets get this up to 4p!

if someone does put a bid in then what's to stop a cheap t/o?
at this moment in time ordinary sh might be happy 4 - 5p?
