they already got the £7m so they ain't exactly cash strapped ,this additional £1m was crumbs for private investors.
I'm not arguing just making the point that i don't think was that well handled to the benefit of existing shareholders

scart - the offer is open for all - why not give it to existing shareholders who held shares for at least a few weeks -let them have there allocation and then open i up for all?

and judging by the comments most p.i have had difficulties getting any shares so defeats the objective...

The whole placing involving private investors has not been very well handled..

Company shot themselves in the foot with that placing but lots of derampers (some well known)have now appeared on this thread

& so much news to come!

stock was going up so why not just use the primary bid route?

i guess there will be some selling as it's not subject to any lock-in agreements but we could be trading at £4-£5 by the time the shares officially come on the market
