Just an update but i noticed the shares are finally in my ii account ,whatever the issues seem to have been resolved.

Strange that ome of these concerns have only just come out now (and on a daily basis).I don't follow this everyday but one of the articles is from Nov , one month after this deal so why has it not been bought up before?
one man sells out (apparently) last week and we now get a daily rehash of his reasons...

why does it bother you so much what happens here?

i can only apologise for that but it had my name at the top so i just assumed it was me

never mentioned whos been in this longer.
if i went back even further i would have traded this when the company had the ticker klg (or something like that) so you can't assume people have not bought and sold the stock before ARS came into being (that's the nature of AIM)
anyway the vast majority of my shares have been held since 2015...

gl for 2021 and lets hope the share price does better

market wants some proper news on this deal to start a rerate otherwise we just just trade between 5-6p ..

i use ii.co.uk and already completed W8-Ben form but still can't buy Nasdaq listed companies like one mentioned here , not sure why so just wondered what others brokers people are using?

ultra (or anyone) , how can uk investors buy nasdaq listed stocks?
can buy tsx or asx listed but always have difficulties when it it comes to the US markets

has anyone managed to get there entitlement?

nate- i always get on the wrong end of trades so i've kind of given up, just the odd glance now and then and sometimes pleasently surprised :)
