Agree definitely felt underwhelmed with it as it was extremely badly managed from the start. Recently though it seems to be getting more traction and could actually be really successful if they play it right. Letting this fail would be a few nails in the coffin to start though

People do have short memories, agreed, but something this significant about "putting pis first" etc will linger a long time if it goes tits up. If this comes good I'll eat my hat and send the congratulations, but if not will certainly be avoiding any companies that have ties with these guys. I suppose that's what the mediacorp holders said too.

X - it doesn't look great but with the cup half full point of view it would be business suicide to let this go down. Imagine running a company with an app with the tag line "putting private investors first" then screwing your actual shareholders. The app would be widely deleted and the negativity towards TFSL would be unreal. They really would be screwing themselves over. Fingers crossed they RTO something with value into this and sort out the holders. (I have written this off though a long time ago)

Hopefully they have been working on this silently and will release an update with a solution and readmission. Just reverse TFSL into TEA, scrap being an investment company and become a trading company! Would that be so difficult?

For all the coc kups I actually think they have actually got something right for once. With the app they have started out with 20k bundles. Admittedly not a lot but enough to peak an interest, spread the word and more importantly fully fund. The placing amount will steadily increase over time. If they started with 300k placing they would have fallen flat on their faces. You never know you might see a full placing of £1m through the app when it's established and has the user base. We must remember though the app is run through TFSL not tea. I can only imagine they will want TEA up and running as they can be directly funded through it. Can't see them letting TEA delist as it would be bad for business for TFSL. Some news would be nice though!

The real bid price of NMG was .10 at close and you can buy at .8 through the app at the moment. Not a bad deal at all. There is £2500 left you could flip them at .10 and make £625. Will be interesting to see if we can get larger allocations in the future

I've posed the question to them that majority TEAapp users are TEA shareholders. IF they don't sort TEA out I'm pretty sure the app will be widely deleted. NO TEA NO TEAapp?

You don't invest in shells like this because they are sound business' you invest with the risk reward strategy clearly in your mind. They could issue CLNs at any price above 10p. Definitely an interesting one
