The title says it all. PG & Lonny have very swiftly raised enough capital to rapidly raise the profile of the Co, while planning to accelerate growth through a twin track approach re Gas in Morocco, both CNG and export sales to Europe.

We could very quickly see our income accelerate as gas sales take off, at extremely attractive forward prices, with security of supply. Every European country needs this.

Then we have MOU 3 accelerated.

Industry talking to us about our IRL assets, enough interest to set up a data room.

Trinidad thrown in for good measure.

Todays RNS may well prove to be pivotal - make a note of todays date !!

I was making an observation that the flippers seem to be backing off, at least today.

Neither am I about to make a 180 turn - again your stupidity shines through. In fact I added 150k today.

I have stated more than once, that it is possible to be disenchanted with some of the Managements decisions/comms, yet hold a large share holding.

Some of you seem to have an issue with my challenging PG’s decisions and if I should dare to add a negative comment, it’s seen as disloyal.

We should always be prepared to challenge!!

You might wish to at least consider the upside if we do ding a 1,000 ft column of high pressure gas sitting on top of MOU 2 - that could mean 5 Tcf +

That will give you the max upside should the 10% cos come good.

Morocco is now in some raised status. I am NOT saying PRD are in their sights just yet, however if gas and oil is found in large quantities that might change.

Arabic country doing big business with another Arabic country, gas and oil, synergies that will work.

Given GRH’s knowledge and prolific posts this morning, I am beginning to think I, and possibly many others have seriously underestimated PRD true future value…..

One nagging doubt is we sell PRD assets (Morocco) far too early in the valuation creation curve.

Only way around that is to buy more shares.

I notice IG and SpreadEx have moved PRD to closing only, I rang and asked, too little stock/liquidity, they are seriously concerned the SP will move upwards strongly, and as these 2 SB Co cannot actually get much stock to lay off the bet, it would leave them hugely exposed.

Another indicator, if anyone required one.

Agreed, there could be a very swift turnaround in PRD’s IRL related assets/permissions!

Clear the bottleneck and bingo, our international partners will step in and that $26 Billion (old gas prices, pre UKR) business can move forward.

Given the luck of the Irish, PG might receive IRL news closely followed by Morocco drilling news, all before Xmas!!

Anyone care to guess what the SP might be then ???

P.s. do not forget the possible (10%) chance of drilling into a 1000 foot column of gas. PRD have planned for this as a Safety case, imagine the VALUE CREATION if this was proved…….

SP would increase by a huge factor, then there is the oil in MOU 3.

My guess - M&A.

PG will prove up the gas fan, then the oil in MOU 3 and issue a new CPR to cover gas and oils discovered plus other nearby targets.

There will almost certainly be a uplift clause to benefit further finds as a new owner continues to make new discoveries- meaning hopeful long term wealth.

Others on here will have their own ideas, I would welcome all suggestions.

Anyone tracking the weather in UKR, they are in for a very cold, dark winter, probably with no running water.

With the new management in place, I expect any update to Kitchen sink it !! Throw out all the bad news, fairly placing the blame on previous CEO.

I expect the SP to initially tank, especially if there is any fund raise to strengthen the balance sheet, due breaching of bank covenants.

however any positive news, Trading update etc, will see a recovery.

There might be a very good trade opportunity if the above occurs, I’m thinking a possible sharp drop to 6-8p and then a slower recovery once good news starts to flow, maybe low 30’s.

Maybe PANR will publish a RNS ‘no idea why SP is down etc etc, companies operations and guidance remain unchanged etc’

Then bang SP recovers
