Given the very latest oil drilling techniques, you could obtain an old/obsolete field on the coast and drill landward or through direction/horizontal drilling, be land based. (low cost) but drill effectively offshore out to a couple of miles.
Then apply CCS EOR if you found oil and suitable for secondary/tertiary recovery.
T&T could become absolutely massive, but it will take time.
Imagine over the next 2 years, through a combination of work overs, added benefit of NuTech/SJ and we find many more oil bearing sands and we gradually increase the daily production to 7,500 at $75 gross = $200m pa less $18 pb lifting costs = $156m pa net (less PL/Tax)
Apply a P/E of 6
EV is huge.
