Hi Petermac, I believe it’s all about balance, any sale to a third party has to reach a balance, enough for us the SH so we feel we have maximized our ability to add VALUE, but enough room for the buyer to not only feel they have a fair price but can generate a fair rate of return after all the investment they will require to achieve their ROI.

Quite difficult with all the problems in the supply chain and inflationary pressures.

We have to trust PG, what is good for him as a major SH is good for us lesser mortals.

The price looks like it is being held down. approximately 1.75m buys vs 480k sold, I would expect the SP to be up 0.75p maybe a full 1p with these numbers……

On another note some newbies may wish to revisit my post re NON LINEAR VALUATIONS depending on amount of gas found, it is becoming very obvious the sort of Tcf I have intimated would be found, are coming to fruition rapidly.

Given the very latest oil drilling techniques, you could obtain an old/obsolete field on the coast and drill landward or through direction/horizontal drilling, be land based. (low cost) but drill effectively offshore out to a couple of miles.

Then apply CCS EOR if you found oil and suitable for secondary/tertiary recovery.

T&T could become absolutely massive, but it will take time.

Imagine over the next 2 years, through a combination of work overs, added benefit of NuTech/SJ and we find many more oil bearing sands and we gradually increase the daily production to 7,500 at $75 gross = $200m pa less $18 pb lifting costs = $156m pa net (less PL/Tax)

Apply a P/E of 6

A best defence against a Bid is a high SP and a strong cash flow/great balance sheet.

The share buy backs are adding a solid 8-10p per day, we will be back above 600p shortly, and back above 700p by the results.

Any Bid will need to be much higher.

I see this as a great stock to own both short and medium term, let’s gain some transparency on the results and a statement from the CEO.
