Having carried out my due diligence/research, I am assuming the following.

1. Many more deals TBA during 2025

2. Some big Insurance companies signing up

3. Increased abilities to up production of the hardware

4. An additional new line announced

5. Increasing SP and M/Cap

6. Serious discussion of a joint US listing (the American market will assign us a High Tech Co rating)

7. More discussion from the CEO of how he will drive the business towards a 1 BILLION MARKET CAP Co

If you assume the above will occur in the next 3 years, and you can assume either GBP or USD re the Market cap, lets assume USD, then you can anticipate the following.

Current FX $1.25 = 1 GBP

M/Cap of $1 billion = £800m

Current number of shares in issue 118m (excluding Share options)

Divide a £800m M/Cap by 118m shares = 677p per share

677p minus 40p = 637p

637p divided by 36 (months) = 17p per month rise, or 0.8p per business day or for every 100,000 shares owned you might see £17,000 increase in value every month.

Obviously the rise will not be linear, but news/results driven, but anyone looking for a steady rising SP/Capital gain could do a lot worse than tuck some ONDO away.

On current trading trends. Approx every 230,000 shares bought/exceeding shares sold = means a 1p rise

Estimated closing price 31st Dec 2025 224p

Lots of assumptions in my thought processes - but we all know it’s going to be a good return.

As I have asked before, have you stuffed enough shares in to your portfolio ??

Whilst we await PG’s latest missive I respectfully suggest you look at SEPL & ONDO, both Co offer a great investment opportunity imo, but obviously please carry out your own D.D.

After 1 week I am nicely in profit, balancing out a serious loss in PRD (currently)

Please enlighten us why you think everything is proceeding on track, timescales, budgets etc

There is a small band of SH now openly questioning PG’s leadership.

Without real tangible results this will grow and grow, perhaps forcing the BOD to remove him.

Without real testing results, the long promised rollout of the fast track CNG business, a extremely detailed operational plan for 2025 etc etc, then The next AGM should be held in London to allow all SH the opportunity to fully question PG.

It’s all very well promising all sorts of things, it’s well past a delivery date !!

I suggest everyone email PG and DEMAND ANSWERS

If no response, elevate to the BOD.

2025 is the year for progress, if PG cannot deliver, bring back Lonny. The status quo cannot continue.

Confirmation of a company target of 200,000 bpd.

A big player may want to buy SEPL for its ability to generate large FCF, a massive ramp up in Gas sales and huge reserves.

Perhaps one of the Sovereign wealth funds….

PIA application complete, expect this authorised early next year. Therefore much lower tax rate.

I am listening, sounds very exciting. Nigeria has lifted 7 billion barrels, another 7 billion to lift.

14 Tcf of gas. loads of closed in oil pads, plans to rapidly re work and open with minimum CAPEX

Talks about lowering the tax rate, in talks with Government .

For investors, all will be revealed tomorrow, after the SP moving much lower yesterday, I am expecting a rather bullish statement/open discussion on how SEPL will move forward and capitalize our our greatly expanded asset.

I would get very excited if 200,000 bpd target production is planned within 3 years, plus a ramping up of gas discovery/delivery.

I plan to keep and add to my core holding and just let the story develop.

550p is my target, with an increasing dividend.

Fingers crossed for a very bullish Investor call. I have a feeling there could be heavy buying over the next week or so.

The new location is also located in an area just east of the Moulouya River floodplain belonging to the public hydraulic domain of Oued Moulouya, Saka District, Guercif Province. A licence valid until 6 April 2025 has subsequently been granted to the Company to temporarily occupy the site for MOU-5 well operations.

Given PG’s slipping timelines, I am monitoring this date. Yes probably easy to gain an extension, if you ask with enough notice, but PG has a huge amount of spinning plates.

Let us hope for an updated Operational RNS this side of Xmas and an abundance of news early in 2025, featuring detailed news re Morocco, T&T plus IRL (before Easter)

I think the projected SP post Prospectus/Deal signed was a guess of 280p, yet here we are approx 100p below that figure.

Either the CEO/BOD have made a massive mistake, which I do not believe, or the facts, such as we know/understand are not as we imagine.

I suspect after Thursday’s Investor Day there will be more clarity and a scramble to buy back the shares that some sold in a bit of a panic, the current 100p ‘discount’ will narrow considerably over the next 3-5 trading sessions.

The current price/Dividend makes a compelling yield story !!

Buys well ahead of sells now.

Perhaps people can see this price drop is an over reaction, after all, this deal appears to be truly transformational for SEPL.

The CEO and the BOD must know far more, the devil is in the detail.

I am relaxed, let Thursdays presentation clarify the facts and lay out the next 2-3 years corporate plan.

There is going to be an enormous amount of pressure to hear a fully transparent explanation of the reasons to purchase and a strong defence of the SP.

Only the CEO and CFO really understand every strand of the deal.

I would not be surprised if the SP rose to 220p next week !!!
