Just one more thing as I’m banging the PE drum. The tax relief for these investments are very good. Early rounds depending on the company you can reclaim 50% of your investment back within a few months of your initial investment. Simple online claim and it’s in your bank within days. You get half back within months. What’s not to like. Then the later funding rounds like my most recent 2 that I mentioned you can claim back 30%. as these are EIS. Invest £10k in a early stage round SEIS- get £5k back ( spend or invest in another ) you’ve got £10k worth of shares for £5k. If the share price doubles you’ve got £20k for £5k investment. Careful if you do use a funding site….but that’s another story. My other Example FREETRADE. I bought in after it’s first 2 rounds. Still got 30% back so if you take that into account it has been a’ten bagger. But I just go off the share price it’s a decent size company now valued at £600m . And back to seed. X

PS.....When do people expect this £50m MCAP to be achieved? Night x x

Mat....That's why I started posting my buys just before I would buy them....Because those wearing the emperors new clothes didn't believe that I was buying and holding so many shares and having these "negative comments".....if you look you will see in my last few weeks of buying around 8 and high 7's I bought over 600k in just a couple of weeks.....well over 1 M now and a high 7 average and losses of £30k . But I tell it like it is....and don't mislead like many have done over the years...they are the lowest of the low.Over 5 years back I first bought this when I thought it showed promise...the following years showed otherwise. When I first invested I was expecting from so called pros Lorne and Jim around 3 bag in 3 years or maybe about 7 or so in 5 years..This hasn't made anything in 5 years..I've a few private equity investments which have done incredibly well, some fairly mediocre but the good have covered those , I'm maybe just lucky with them,I don't know...One recently listed this year and is about to become my first short term 10 bagger....Bought in private equity early round at 14p a share only two years back and they are now £1.15....Have a look back.....I was chatting on its owners site TEK with others that bought in at 14p before it listed ....or have you heard about FREETRADE...Almost the same time just 2 years back I bought in at £1 a share. It was an established business started around 2 years before I invested..Looked like a good investment--- it's £9.25 a share now...almost 10 bags in 2 years..I actually bought that one through crowdcube as the private route was more than I could afford at the time. I was buying with kids some of which were buying £10 worth..LOL...Now i thought I had done well...over 9 fold in only 2 years...then on the shareholders boards you will see those who invested at the very start ....Barely 5 years ago they invested and they are now selling their shares for a 330 fold return...There have been millionaires created from that and others with just a few grand...Yes those are few and far between but a bit research and sensible reasoning and the returns can be very good. I also keep a decent amount invested in listed as PE is quite often impossible to sell in the early years......What I'm getting at with this LOL....rather ODONNEL style rant is.....This has been an absolute shambles over the years, nothing short of pathetic.I thought the pros would make good returns....................
.YET....I've bought in with the hope of a good quick return...one that is liquid and easy to cash in unlike direct PE.How the hell is that deramping ???? I've bought over 1m shares and I'm saying I expect a good quick return.....I would be more cautious of those saying "Oh i love the share price tanking, I can buy more for my fantasy share portfolio" or the recent "oh we don't like people buying, keep selling". So there.....LOL.So I'm deramping by saying I expect a good quick return and have proven that I hold a decent chunk

I think the biggest disappointment has been not getting Leap sorted and the underwhelming 80% gain from Emmac. Yooma has knocked a few million off the NAV to make it around 10p but I think we know that’s short term. Ed Made a couple of quid on his other flips. Mainly sentiment is rock bottom for those that have held long term over 5 years the NAV is almost the same.

Other than Share price and sentiment being in the gutter the last 12 months haven’t been half as bad as the last 5 years . Maybe a turning point for this POS

Lol. I’m bored already. Waiting for Leap that’s it. Nothing else can give it a decent boost in the short term and if that doesn’t they will never trade close to NAV again. Enjoy your evening folks.

Investing is meant to be long term doggo. What’s your good and bad points of the last 5 or 6 years.

Well I’ve only been back in less than 6 months. Average high 7s and down nearly £30k. That’s pretty negative in my book. But I’ll maintain what I’ve said even though it really is a POS. It will make easy money / hopefully from here. With good news from Leap this could quite easily got to maybe as high as 15p.

Unless you're all rockets and golden tickets to the promised land you're a deramper on here. 12p within 12 months seems sensible.Doggo did say 5 years back he was here for the £s per share not pennies. He did also say you will not see 12 again and 11 and 10....9....8....Now its 5p He's telling people to sell..Odd

I’ve had enough of buying this Mat. I’ve always had the same opinion about this. It’s a POS. But it has and will make me money.

It’s a long process Bunsen. Lol. That was the first time back in 2016 when they were planning an IPO.

Here’s some Leap IPO news for you

The Company has been informed by Frallis LLC ("Leap Gaming") that it has started the process of seeking a listing of its shares on a North American stock exchange. In addition, Leap Gaming has confirmed that it has received an approach from an existing partner regarding a possible cornerstone investment in the business ahead of a proposed IPO of such partner and this party is currently undertaking a valuation exercise that will determine proposed pricing of Leap Gaming. Leap Gaming has indicated that it expects that either transaction, if completed, would represent in an increase over the reported value of FastForward's investments in Leap Gaming at the time of FastForward's interim report and accounts to 31 September 2016.



Leap Gaming is currently in the process of engaging advisers ahead of the proposed IPO which is expected to complete in the first half of 2017.
