You do realise intangibles are not physical assets look up the meaning in the dictionary. Something even as crazy as an idea can be an intangible asset. They have no physical value. It can't be sold or even seen in most cases. As for having Millions they have burnt around £6m a year over the last couple of year so even if they had that £2m which they havent. That would only last a matter of months. Whats up with you man. Calm down and post the script about the multi million dollar deal over multiple years crap. And no I haven't deleted any posts. End of. But I do think less savvy people need to know the facts and don't get suckered in by the talk of multi million dollar deals which if you check the accounts will find that a £100million dollar deal would equate at best to £2 million net for Blur. Less than a years cash burn

I do think it's a shame. They Had a very good product. Which they didn't manage well and left it up to 3rd parties who will pay the tiniest commissions. I think if it was going to make money it would have done it by now. Most believe through bad management they will never make it now. They have missed the boat. Shame

I think the last accounts show NAV of £270k. Not £250k. Sorry that makes it 37 times NAV not 40

Yes that's the main problem. The products been around for years. And it's hardly been promoted. Now it's looking like it will disappear behind the other cheaper bigger volume products. They will be getting a tiny fraction of the sale price of the products that's being sold with the fruitflow. Good product. Crap management. Most will agree. If it's still scraping by after these years it's never going to make it. Most new products like this make their higher sales in the first couple of years of release

Yes the mcap is 40xNAV but I don't think companies like this would ever had a MCAP that is equal to NAV. Saying that if they had a future with possibilities they should be about 5 to 10 times NAV. Giving a share price of around 0.1 to 0.2 They have a good product and have had it for many years. Some would think they are never going to make it viable with such poor management.

Thank You....People often come back with the Oh your trying to deramp and get back in on a lower price and I often wind them up with a bit of banter....But sometimes I just like to tell people who might be easily led by the rampers....Who are so funny at times with their crazy quotes...The recent Fitbug ramps spring to mind....Pathetic terrible company that it is..( though I have bought shares for hours at a time and made a small profit ) and would never dream of holding long term....They were in a similar positon...short of cash and doing badly....needing to fundraise...They issue statement of major contract with major international company...14k units to start with ongoing support..normal mathematics would equate to close to a MILLION pound 14k units at £40 plus support fees for monitoring...After shares went through the roof they were forced to issue statistics.....They actually gave the units away and would receive £60k pound a year....LOL...I see the same here...MULTI MILLION POUND DEAL..actually they receive about £200k per £10million.....doesn't sound as good does it...

If I were on the BOD ....What would I announce......Considering they are running out of money fast and will need funding within a couple of months. A. We are in the final stages of signing a MULTI MILLION dollar, MULTIPLE deal over MULTIPLE years or B. we are in the final stages of signing a multiple deal over multiple years worth about £200k (2 or 3 weeks cash burn) for each £10m deal All these aim companies do the same...especially when cash is required to pay the bills. People see the MULTI MILLION dollar and give out the WOW sounds amazing...quick dive into this... Just saying folks tread carefully...

Of course at this stage its all hypothetical....but from the accounts it indicates an approximate commission rate per deal of around 2%....so all I'm stating is " the obvious" a £10m deal would be worth about £200k so looking at that they would hopefully need to pull of many of those size deals to make a difference....they burn £200k in a couple of weeks
