Think they would have taken it if they could have got it for a sum that made sense but whilst all the rest have been pre-occupied chasing the bright shiny object of TS, Boo have been quietly stealing the real value and potential play here that is Debs. Masterstroke. TS carries the curse of Philip Greed. Best avoided.

ENORMOUS is the word. As in enormous potential for growth and diversification. The scope for cross selling between brands is astonishing. Boo have had the foresight to realise, why just have one segment of the market when you can have THE WHOLE MARKET to go at with fashion, homewares and cosmetics; kids, teens, young adults, mid-older adults. Massive market to go at.

The online traffic alone is worth multiple times what they have paid for it, not to mention the customer database, market intelligence and everything else.

Have now had time to re-study the details and the conclusion is that they have pulled off an ultra shrewd, multi-dimensional deal here, perfectly positioning themselves for further huge growth, into an already established huge customer base, serving expanded demographics with a much expanded product range. It's a great, big juicy peach of a deal and contains far more latitude by nature of its wider commercial potentials than Top Shop could ever have provided. And the price? It's criminally low. They've stolen it! Ashley must be punching himself in the face right now. He wanted Debenhams to emulate the internet cosmetic giants, The Hut Group. They've missed out on a blinder here too.

With the yanks on board and the very obvious benefits and advantages of listing on Nas, it can only be a matter of time before they do and I'm of the opinion it's going to be this year, and probably early on, like in these next few months. Tell you one thing for nothing, it will shock London, that's for sure. They will not like it. Will not like it one little bit. Why? Because once listed and the share price starts flying, it's gonna be another signal to other companies to join the flight to higher value over there as opposed to having your share value suppressed, depressed and manipulated over here.

They realised TS is s a great big steaming pile of krap (because it's been mauled to death by Mr Greeds sweaty trotters) relative to the price being sought for it. Shein, however, will probably pay any amount because essentially they are the Chinese Communist Party and are desperate to get their equally sweaty trotters on any piece of foreign 'real estate' that's up for grabs, regardless of its true worth. I expect, in their eyes, it is the 'trophy', influence and access value to them which probably outweighs ant commercial value.
