I think the key thing here is that the majors have already spent £30m to get to where we are. The asset looks good for the future if Brad can negotiate everything we need. If you consider exploration costs to £30m without majors on a minnow company, they would have been diluted to death. I think this is a great opportunity for this to really travel upwards if everything falls into place, albeit incredibly risky. It’s the thrill of the gamble if played correctly. And that is the greatest difficulty.

If only THG could turn some sort of profit it would change the tide here. Its to complex at the moment. The next set of results need to come in first rate. Those products of my protein will have difficulty competing against Lidl . In a few months they will end up being removed if there sell rate is less than 50%

Lets hope we recover the percentage lost from last week. At the moment i think this is a gift as this could suddenly spring back to life.

'No news expected in September, October , November ' How do you know that! What a load of rubbish you have just typed. At some stage we will get news when we least expect it. Could it be this week maybe or maybe not but could be sometime this month. Will we get a clatter of an empty tin, that's inevitable but again nobody knows. MM holding this back today sadly. I think buys outpaced the sells but still we are down. During September should see a good lift. The price is to low and doesn't reflect what we have.

Don't for the life of me understand why Matt would not RNS this news. As shareholders he should respect us more and release an RNS in the morning. That's if we are lucky......

There's no doubt this should be around £1.20 as a far price moving forward. They are addressing many concerns here and will eventually make profit.

We can easily gloat at someone’s miss fortune and rejoice when the rewards are high, however the outcome of our actions also have a massive impact on our family and friends as our moods change. Bhargav has been unfortunate as a lot of us are and if we really thought about it it’s unpleasant to see. There are highs and lows for all of us. Aim is incredibly frustrating. I hope we all see a positive outcome although maybe not as strong as some would like.

We can be thankful that there was no RNS and the share price has held above 2.5. Lets hope this month we here something more concrete. That begging bowl that Brad is holding is getting nearer.

What we need is for one of the bigger players to come on board. Lets see what the drills bring in late September/October.

Id like to add more myself but for the time being it is too risky. It’s a good price for your son though for the future Dr. Good news would be welcome at this point however with a possible raise coming it could dampen a large share price rise. There is a possible conclusion to all this that an offer for the whole company gets laid on the table. I could imagine Newmont sitting on this for years to come until such time they want to chuck money at it. At the moment I regard this as an unfortunate Aim guessing game. Will brad rattle his can for spare change or come up trumps.

555k sold to 848k brought tells you a lot where the manipulation is. MM make a killing on a share price that's hardly moving. If this was more balanced we should be up around 5%. As soon as this is on a more premium listing hopefully we will turn the tide.

Surely as per IsleworthSpy message and response from Brad this clearly is going to go through as all three parties want this to go through. But, reading through Brads message 51% OMI / 49% MMA undoubtedly the major sticking point as part of the original JV agreement, if phase 2 was not entered into sits here. What was in that first contract.

All parties agree that OMI reassuming 100% control is the best way forward. This is how Brad sees it but the majors somehow don’t otherwise this would have been signed of ages ago. The transfer of ownership to 51% to me is troubling and could respectively see this on going for months. My runaway heart says it could without difficulty be achieved this week. Hold for me but don’t spend another penny on this. In April the risk was far less than it is now. Presently it is very high risk and that starting to sit uncomfortable with me.

30million is a lot of money spent on a project that hasn’t bore fruit, albeit we know a lot more information. If I was MMA would I be happy. That’s a lot of money spent for very little return eating into there profits. Would you be happy with the 51/49 split even though it’s in the contract. Perhaps that contract is the problem and MMA have found some way round this to obtain a better deal. Do we really know what was in this contract?

Thanks IsleworthSpy that’s a much appreciated post. In all due respect to Brad this could be signed of tomorrow it is that close. I wonder if MMA are stalling and would like 50/50 although in the contract this is 51/49 to Omi. That 1% matters and would give them a greater voice in the new future. Really the time to buy is now as the information could come at anytime. It’s frustrating and so unpredictable with further news. I beleive now hold firm until this is complete.

No doubt once this is concluded Brad will inform us of potential suitors for JV which will change the whole complexion of Anza

If the conversation with MMA and Newmont are at stalemate we could all be guessing for the next few months? Brad is unaware at what goes on with these lawyers behind closed doors until he receives an answer. Those questions take time to negotiate. They more than likely have negotiated 95% of the deal so far.

If Anza becomes a goliath as Brad conceives Newmont and MMA want guarantees in place that they will not be left behind on a deal that was quickly written on one piece of paper.

Brad got excited at the prospect of acquiring Anza back at a low ball deal. 100% this deal will conclude but won’t be on the terms that were first made out as Newmont and MMA will lose too much. Brad may have been flippant with his knowledge knowing that Newmont/MMA drilled in the wrong place. They are considering there options within Columbia very carefully in case they have got it wrong for the future.

Once those drills start turning this could/ or could not be a massive payload. Newmont and MMA are not walking that far. This is a long haul venture that will hopefully surrender a great outcome. For the moment we have no choice but to wait it out.
