I have 500k CGH shares , not a life saving , but would like something back , could be over £3k , so would be happy with that, I also have a small holding of Contango shares too , which seem to be on the upward move , may it continue , good look to everyone

The company is effectively dormant with no business operations; the only activities are aimed at completing the distribution in specie of the Contango shares held by the company.

No, the company will not be re-listing, but shareholders will receive listed shares (i.e. the shares in Contango) upon completion of the distribution in specie.

Yes, that is the sole purpose of the current work.

Each CGH share entitles the holder to 0.0723 shares in Contango (13.83 shares in CGH translates to 1 share in Contango).
