I fear Groves is trying to use the 12 month rule , making it impossible to contact the company , and effectively pocketing Contango shares at our expense - Hope I am wrong

There are not any announcements that I can also see regarding the EGM. Unfortunately, I believe that any information that the corporate actions team will have will also come from official communications from the company.

In response to whether we can get details of the results of the EGM or any information regarding the dividend distribution, then I can ask the team. However, it is most likely we will be unable to force the publication of a results of an EGM and dividend distribution will need to be announced by company.
