As I had said earlier, I doubt that the BOD and Alex have the backing of 75% (or even 50%) shareholders to pass through delisting and share restructuring resolutions so looks like we are in play with the SKY news article saying Alex is in sale talks again.
Come on Alex. We believe in you.
Sub 2p is a good punt IMO seeing that the nominal value of shares is 10p and warrants issued at 10p. Any hint of good news and we could see a bag or few from down here.

Who is loading up on this drop? Multiple 500,000 clips going in now and a few 1m. Yesterday's sellers loading up now? Can see 4p today once the market gets stable.

This is a screaming buy. Stop losses taken out at 113p. All the fundamentals are in play and point towards a share price of 300p even in the weakest of cases. If a bid is announced, all bets are off.

I have bought 66000 shares today less than 11p.

Looks like a coiled spring. Just as it was unloved at 6p the day before the trading update, it shortly went on to hit 20p. At 10.50p it is a screaming buy to me. Happy to add and wait for the SP to bounce hard.

Patience should pay for those buying at this level IMO. A quick 50% to 100% return for the traders and to longer term holders possibly much more long term if this lists on the Nasdaq.

You never know.. Alex Snow’s previous company Exscientia is a UK company listed on the Nasdaq and had a current market cap of USD 1.6 billion.

Alex Snow is a heavy hitter in the financial world, he would not be here in a £2m market cap company unless he has big plans for it. I would certainly be looking to add more shares on Monday as an educated researched gamble. Even delisting is not bad given the circumstances at play here.

This sensyne story reminds me of Hurricane Energy at 0.70p, I bought 1million shares for £7000 and sold them at 10p for £100,000. The directors there were also threatening administration and delisting and were kicked out.

Cannot believe that the share was trading at over 140p last year, equity has certainly been wiped out as it currently trades below 2p but the assets retain their value as per Gatemores analysis.

Can they get the 50% to pass the votes on ordinary resolutions and 75% on special resolutions to approve the option asset sales and delisting and so on? I think there is a good chance for people buying now at 2p and under to at least double their money and more. For me, it is just a punt but we could see 2p plus easily. It is always difficult to buy and sell stock here at this micro cap level but directors or shareholders buying to,pass the required votes could see the SP spike up.
