I just bought 176,280 shares at 13.55p.

Other thing people are overlooking is that any of the 2 bidders is free to buy MTMY shares on the LSE or Tel Aviv markets.

2 offers for TI not accepted, BH's meeting postponed, seems like something big is brewing IMO. Had BH turned down the proposal, it would have been done by now, why postpone? Also shareholder support letter extended.

I just noticed it says not for circulation in the UK. So, not meant for our eyes, yet it was RNS’d?

I was under the impression that the bondholders issue was only for the 10% stake in Team Internet which we do not own. However, it looks like th bondholders have control over the entire company and the presentation points out liquidation as a worse case scenario, see page 9 of the presentation.

I have a small punt here, hope it pays off. If the bondholders turn down the proposal, it is curtains for us shareholders.

Barstewards spiked me at 17p this morning for a top up. A trader mate tells me that he has put in large buy orders at 12p!!

Aren’t some of the bondholders also shareholders? If so, it looks to me that the extension of support from shareholders could be a condition precedent to bondholders Agreement to the proposal.

Also no smoke without fire, rumours could be true of a fund raising at 16p and we know two bids have been made for Team Internet, one of which supports the bondholders as well as the company, only that it wasn’t high enough as the company believes holding on to Team Internet could generate substantial value once the remaining 10% stake is acquired.

All looking good IMO.

Second Extension of support from major shareholders...no wonder the MMs took it up after 3pm, they must have got wind of the RNS coming.

This looks like a serious play tomorrow.

Don't think it is a shakedown, just a lot of sells and perhaps following Tel Aviv which has also dropped.

I am happy to hold and see where we are by Monday for the BH meeting.

Surely it is a win win from current levels. If we default, bondholders take our 90% of TI for 60% which still gives us 50m dollars as per Coldspy, if we get financing from shareholders, we get 100% of TI which we can then sell for a lot more?

What I can tell is that the issue with the BH is about a 10% stake in Team Internet. The company already owns 90% of Team Internet and has rejected 2 takeover offers for Team Internet.

Worst case scenario is the company defaults on the bond payment and therefore forfeits the 10% stake in Team Internet. It will still have 90% stake in Team Internet. Best case scenario is the company secures the funds to pay off bondholders or agrees to sell Team Internet at a fair value and thereby paying off the bondholders. Surely the downside is negligible but the upside is huge from where we are currently trading at just under 9p?

Looks like the market has equated this to the company going bust which is not the case.
