I Googled it and it said that Immupharna employs 6 people. In 2021 it employed 18. I wonder if the 6 includes Tim & their receptionist....

... From the shareholders. If Tim said the other day that they need to raise money, the SP would be hit 0.5p within 10mins. He's not stupid, although he's maybe a con artist. That heavily -scripted interview has bought them more time , that's all. And l hope soon they'll find a partner with lots of cash. The SP has been deluted more times than Afghani Vodka or Saudis Dry Gin. They just can't ask shareholders anymore for money, they know this.

Tim never mentioned when Phase 2 will be completed, when Phase 3 will commence. He talked so much about the Patent, which is a copyright thingy.

By the way, in the US, to Patent a drug, cost $300, + government fees, taxes, solicitors.... all together around $2.5-3k. I thought some experts might want to know this, you never know.

....Needs to find a new partner (with lots of cash ) very soon, before the SP slides to 1p again. Those totally scripted interviews, composed by Tim & his team, are keeping the SP afloat, so it doesn't hit zero.

They've started Phase 2 in 2008 and still not completed. 350k cash, that's in June. Now probably £10k. No wonder they had to come up with the Apollo Landing Video - Interview plan.

So you bought with 1.5p,. lucky b..tard. Some here have average of 30p even 45p.

... It's too big for them. Avion has a revenue of $11M a year, employs 140 people, approx. I think the company is worth $50M-$60M. Last year or in 2023 they raised $5M. So they don't have 20-100M cash for IMM's Phase 3.

So, that's why IMM is looking for a new, stronger partner. As l said, Phase 3 requires a lot of money and a lot of people and it takes a up to 4 years to complete.

Phase 3 is 10x times bigger & more complex than Phase 2. It cost 5x-10x times more than Phase 2. It involves up to 3000 participants and quadruple the number of scientists, so IMM needs to employ more people or get a partner, which already has a bunch of scientists in place.

So simple,

Also, Immupharma needs £20-£100 million for Phase 3. Therefore they need a big-pharma partner to join in. That's why they are looking for new partners, at least 1. Some big pharmas spend up to a billion on some drugs / Phases. IMM has £340k cash. That's why the SP is where it is.

If you apply for a Patent, it doesn't mean you'll have a successful product. Parents is copyright basically, nobody copies it. IMM still needs to deliver the product... which in my understanding can take another 10-20 years, easily.

New Big-Pharma partner will accelerate the SP to 20-30p, but only when Phase 3, FDA, Phase 4 are completed, then you should expect £1, £2... maybe even £5 per share. It's possible. Just like it's possible the Ukraine to win the war... You never know.

IMM Immupharma started Phase 2 in 2008 and received some positive feedback in 2010. Still Phase is going on.... I thought l let some people know.

It has taken Immupharma 17 years and still not completed Phase 2.

Assuming Phase 2 ( that involves 50-200 participants) will be successful and competed on time, IMM will need FDA Approval, which can take up to a year, to start Phase 3.

On Phase 3, 250-3000 participants will be involved. Basically Phase 3 is 10x times larger than Phase 2.

Assuming Phase 3 goes smoothly and is completed within 4 years, then IMM needs another FDA Approval for Public Availability and after than Phase 4, Post Monitoring Period.... I think this will take some time... then after all this goes smoothly & IMM has for a strong, multi billion pharmaceutical partners, GlaxoSmithKline for example, then the SP might hit £1 or maybe £2, £4... even more.

That's why the SP is where it is, sadly.

This company has been declining & making empty promises for nearly 20 years. From 1180p to 5p now. Maybe this is their year, who knows. As I said my post your post won't effect the SP anyway.
