Folks read Bigoffer and Bedex posts, both show how inept these two jokers are.

As I said yesterday both left this long ago after feeling abandoned and let down they feel cheated on.

Why are they here? Well this is the analogy to sum them both up.

I agree with most of what Avi8r says, this is phenomenal for Block. It makes it attractive to the oil and gas companies that want to offset their business model.

The bit I disagree with is the fact he’s a pilot, that bit I can assure you is a myth but also a personal fantasy of his.

Stick to the share narrative old chap, being a pilot validates nothing.

I take the point you are making and I agree with the underlying principle that Blencowe is pre revenue and will require substantial funding to build Orom Cross. Until project finance is secured, dilution remains a real risk and nobody should pretend otherwise.

Where I disagree is with the way your post presents a worst case scenario as though it were the inevitable outcome. In my view it sensationalises the situation by treating one possible path, namely a heavily discounted equity raise and a huge increase in the share count, as if it is the only realistic path.

We simply do not know the precise structure or requirements of any future funding package, including any involvement from the DFC. Project finance is rarely as rigid as your post implies and can be assembled through a combination of strategic partners, staged funding, offtake linked arrangements and other blended structures. Whether Blencowe succeeds in doing that remains to be seen, but it cannot be ruled out.

Equally, your post gives little weight to what has already been achieved. The company now has a completed DFS, an approved ESIA, upgraded JORC work and independently verified high purity graphite. None of this removes funding risk, but it does improve optionality and strengthens the strategic case.

It is also worth noting that the company is still in the process of reporting further assays, and a new JORC update is due in Q1. On my assumptions that should translate into an upgraded resource base, longer mine life and a stronger NPV, which in turn improves negotiating leverage in any funding or offtake discussions. That is another reason I do not accept that the most extreme dilution scenario should be treated as the base case.
