Its not on for these sorts of games, holders deserve a decent payday, and are getting sold down the river by SD (who will nodoubt get a cushy seat on the BOD of NCM when the other 25% is sold off cheap) its disgusting behaviour and should be a warning to other juniors of how NCM treat their “partners”

Nice post sandgrounded but dont NCM have to agree 5% by aprox march 23? If no agreement is reached GGP could put the 5% on the market to the highest bidder to raise funds. Funding is not going to be an issue here, its just going to be games until we are nearer production

However when a major wants a junior that has a very valuable deposit, they are unlikely to wait for someone else to move first.

GGP / NCM is a great example of this, Newcrest cane and swept up 70% of it in a JV before they had even defined a resource. Theirs went

GGP - initial 5-10 discovery holes drilled pre 2020
JV agreed (including infill drilling to MRE) pre 2020
FS completed 2021
MRE announced 2021
DFS completed 2021
MRE upgraded 2022

So JV came before everything else.

With lithium supply/demand as it is, i fully expect a similar path, JV or funding agreed early with conditions attached to meet certain milestones and upgrade the resource tonnage as we go.

Just wanted to point out my post was not “a ramp” as you suggested, and a JV often comes well before resource and costings are finalised.

But I get you wanting to take the cautious/reserved approach, and respect that. : )

Do you thrive on misery?

There’s no doubting you hold positions as you've commented for years but i wonder if you really need the money that bad, perhaps you should call it a day.

Kodal meanwhile continues to progress the project at reasonable pace, in the 6 months ive been here we have secured the mining permit, raised funds to further explore, and drafted a ‘soon to be announced’ feasibility study Mk2, which will then allow us to finalise a deal with regards to JV/Financing, it all seems to be chugging along very nicely from where i sit.

These things take time, i suggest you ignore the day to day sp and realise you have a winning lottery ticket, we’re just not sure when the shop is going to open to cash it.
