£300m-400m Mcap here in 2023 EASY, Dazed is talking codswallop, GGP £1.5bn, EUA £1bn both were years away from production.

If an asset is valuable, and “route to production” has been secured these miners go ballistic, and usually at the point finance is obtained and it becomes de-risked.

If anyone tells you otherwise they’re inexperienced, or dishonest.

I stand by my previous comment, That “tantalisingly close” was in reference to having financing secured - subject to DMS sign off- hence why Bernard’s language has changed from “if” to “once/when”

We get the DMS signed iff in Jan/Feb and in all liklihood the RNS will include the finance agreement too.

Absolutely, in fact someone in the private group posted a timeline just the other day that showed this plant would take between 5 months and 12 months to set up, taking longer if permitting and funding held it back, well we dont have either of those issues, and Bernard has made it quite clear that he is already starting groundwork in anticipation of the sign off and funding, so when it lands they can got out of the starting blocks fast.

I’d expect permit and financing to be done by Feb, and production some time around Oct/Nov all going well.

What sellers have done this morning is traded in a winning lottery ticket that cant be cashed for a few months, to go buy PREM scratch cards for instant gratification, but ultimately disappointment!

You are missing the point, the smart investors dont care if its 2 weeks or 2 months.

We all assumed the DMS amendment was submitted, turns out we had to tweak the environmental study to support the application, thats it, thats all thats changed.

Are we still fully permitted…. Yes
Are we still on track for late 2023 production…..yes
Are we valued at £40m with a project that will turnover £3bn at current prices….. £1.7bn net profit…….yes
Will that equate to a 10-20x gain…… yes

Can we all have a lovely Xmas and wait a few more weeks for the green light………apparently not lol

“Tantalisingly close” refered to being 1 step away from lift off, get the DMS signed off and the finance is pre-agreed in my opinion.

Ive been here since Nov21, 54 weeks, back then we were all saying “il park my dosh there for a few years and make a fortune”, now we have to wait a couple more weeks investors are having a hissy fit, its laughable.
