Mine is - it's obvious now that Musk is not interested in buying Cap-xx business so he maintains the countersue action and it fails then I think Cap-xx will flourish spring 2024 as sales will rocket and it will recruit more staff. I predict a steady increase in sp between now and then as institutions buy in.
I see 3 things that are uncertain.
1. winning the court case with Maxwell is uncertain but I and the Judge himself believe this will be settled out of court.
2. turning a profit is uncertain we might run out of money and go bust but this is the case for a lot of aim companies. I don't believe this will happen we have Conti starting next year which will only be the first step in bigger things to come. They've done the due diligence and I value the opinion of continental over mucker12, not sure why?
3 The court case with Tesla isn't a stunt and has merit, CPX lawyers aren't stupid they've already won in court a number of times so if they thought we were infringing a Tesla patent then why did we not stop last December?
The fact you don't answer only tells me you can't. See where it says chat above, this is where we come to chat and discuss the company not make baseless assumptions without backing them up.
Is it not the case that we have already defended the same patent in the same court with the same judge. The judge knows the two parties are negotiating out of court and this possibly won’t even get to court. Maybe he already knows the outcome will be the same so pushing them to settle so he doesn’t waste his time.
